“I have used Claremont Heights Postal Center for two years. They are wonderful. They are always upbeat and positive, and they have never lost one of my packages. If I am out of town I don't have to worry about packages getting stolen from my porch at home. It is great to have so many services from one place. Also, the selection of cards for all occasions is impressive.”

If there was one-half star, I would have selected that for a total of 4.5 simply because the colored paper choices were not as extensive as I would have liked. I did settle on a color but would have preferred more choices in the pastel realm.”

“I've had a mailbox with Village Postmark for over 3 years, it's a nice location with reasonable hours.
It's great to see the improvements made recently with the new owners. They're energetic, helpful (above and beyond actually), and have made the place feel welcoming with great new services.
They now added email notifications whenever they receive a package for me, which is very convenient. Alex even helped walk me through forming an LLC and getting a federal EIN number, which was easier than expected.
I've shipped stuff, received many more, and they give service with a smile. What more can you ask from a mailbox service?”

“I love coming to this location when I need to get my school work or any other documents printed. They charge the same amount as the library at my college and is super convenient since it's down the street from my house. I believe it's $0.10 for a single document in black and white and a few extra cents more if you would like your documents to be printed in color. To get your documents printed all you have to do is forward the document to their email and upon arriving just let them know that you sent something over to be printed. The staff is always very nice and welcoming :) I would recommend coming here for your mailing and printing needs. :) *they also take passport pictures if you're ever in need for one.”

I have used this company to print shipping labels which I email to them and they will print when I get to their location, pay and be on my way.
Same thing with faxing documents, I have fax documents from here and have not had any problems with the staff.
Like at any other place if the ladies are busy helping a client, you wait until is your turn. Yes, sometimes they do take their sweet time, maybe because they are getting paud hourly and are in no rush.
I'm not sure if they also send money to other countries but usually Friday and Saturday is crazy busy.”
“After frequenting the Staples store in Upland for over a decade, I'm finally taking the time to leave a review, and it's a positive one overall. On this recent visit, I was greeted upon arrival by a staff member who promptly inquired about my needs. I explained that I needed to print out some photos from my phone. The staff member directed me to the print and copy center, where I was assisted by a very courteous young lady. She provided clear instructions for emailing the photos to the center and patiently guided me through the process. I was impressed by how quickly I received a confirmation barcode, allowing me to proceed with the printing. However, I did encounter a slight setback when it came to printing the photos on photo paper. Nevertheless, a staff member assisted me in creating the prints in their system. Two 4x6 photos ended up costing $13.45, which I found to be on the pricier side. Despite this, I appreciate the efficient service provided by the staff and the convenience of the print and copy center. While the pricing could be more competitive, I would still recommend Staples in Upland for its range of services and helpful staff.”
“I checked in one hr early one of the lady told me come back to check in 15 min early then your appt, and I did that, after I was waiting at door over one hr, they didn’t start unloading and went back to check out I asked the lady what happened they didn’t start on my truck she was keep calling the warehouse guys finally she got respond from them and went back to door talked to warehouse guy he checked the sealed and opened my door ( lady in check out office ) she was helpful. They unload my truck by 45 minute after in 10 minute they called for paper work which is cool, I can say the lady in check out she was doing good job to me, I appreciate that.”

“I needed to send jeans back via Fed Ex (side note: it's probably best not to buy jeans online, unless you know your size in a certain brand) and was happy for this little inconvenience because it meant discovering this convenient spot. Also on my "to-do" list for the day was buying stamps and a lottery ticket. Actually, on my way to Our Postal Express, someone on the radio was talking about the huge jackpot but I thought "That means another stop, but maybe I'll get a ticket." Anyway, upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised that they sell lottery tix AND scratchers, which is cool cause I like to give scratchers as gifts. So I returned those awful jeans, bought a few lottery tickets (fingers crossed), and some stamps, all in one place. What a time saver. And the person working there was so nice to talk to. She was so cool, which made my errand seem way less like an errand. Really glad I found this place.”
