Had an appointment at 11am, checked in a little early and I was out the door in less than an hour. 43,644 lbs on a reffer 53' trailer and they got the weight balanced out perfectly. Quick check in process. The warehouse lot is tight so take your time to back in. By the time you bump the dock and chock your wheels they are loading you. Would pick up from here again ??”

“Postal Parkway is the best. I have been coming here for 2 years and the owners and staff are family friendly and family owned. The business is very attentive to customers and they allow me to get faster service than USPS even with flat rate envelopes and mail pouches no charge. “I have used Claremont Heights Postal Center for two years. They are wonderful. They are always upbeat and positive, and they have never lost one of my packages. If I am out of town I don't have to worry about packages getting stolen from my porch at home. It is great to have so many services from one place. “Staples is always nice went here to price there laptops. For a gift didn't want to order online. But they were limited only had a few. But well stocked with other things. I did want a new office chair. They had sale but limited on store help. If im in the area maybe I will try another another time. My knee started hurting made it impossible for me to walk around the store.”

“I was there before opening, the counter agent was professional and opened on time. The process was painless (well almost, 5 boxes weighing 5-7 lbs = $306) But had an early flight to catch and this store was the only one open early and close to the airport. Appreciate that!!”
“I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.”
“I’d rate this as a 5 given Savanna’s competency, however the experience dealing with other employees prevents that.
Savanna is more than patient and extremely helpful. She is great at her job and I was ready to cancel my box but her customer service brought me back from the edge.
