“The most important reason for giving 10/10 rating is because I returned a package but didn’t have a printer to reprint a return label. Thankfully for a small fee the gentleman helping me out was able to print it out for me without me having to come back another day and figuring out how to get the new label printed. It was fast and easy. I was out within less than 5 minutes.”

“The Village Postmark offers services ranging from printing, to PO Boxes, and even virtual business addresses. I personally have a PO Box here, as well as my business address service here. Everyone here is amazing! The service and quality is exceptional, and I've never had a bad experience. They also offer some of the best pricing for printing in the area. Whenever I go to pick up or drop off mail, I am greeted warmly, and asked how my day is going. It's just so nice! Not many places are like this anymore, and I truly value the commitment to service, the kindness, and the pricing of their services. I get such a great deal on the PO Box that I almost feel bad! They seem really committed to the community, and I honestly hope they never go anywhere, because it would be a huge loss to the Village, and the surrounding community as a whole. During an exceptionally trying time the owner did a kindness above and beyond just being a good human being. It may sound corny, but they put some faith back into humanity for me. I walked out of their establishment with my mother crying because she was so moved by their generosity and kindness, it's something in this day and age the world is sorely missing and I just needed to mention it and say Thank you so much for what you did. It might have seemed small, but it was just so big to us, and mad a really hard time just a little lighter. So aside from great service and great value, the people here are just great People! So do yourself a favor and go to the Village Postmark for your mailing and PO Box needs.”

Mail court documents all over California and provide the best insight on which service to use for each destination. A big thank you to the team here.”

“Estes is honestly one of the most efficient trucking companies we work with. Their drivers are always on time, professional, and very friendly. I also want to give special recognition to Monica from Customer Service. She is extremely detail-oriented and helpful. We call almost every week to update our pickups, and she already remembers our company’s business hours and information. Sometimes before I even finish explaining who I am or where I’m calling from, she already has our account pulled up and the pickup updated. Their dispatch team is also very efficient and easy to work with. Overall, we really enjoy working with Estes and highly recommend them!”

“I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.”
