“It was a catastrophe the public storage abroad answering service. They ( I spoke several different people ) I requested American customer service which is my right as a customer.
They refused, and hang up on me. “They get pay for their non-customer service”
At the end of the day I get a call from Rafael doing a follow up call and he was outstanding with his professionalism, and verbal communication Rafael is the only one, who gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I highly recommend a financial cash bonus or/and $2.00 race in his paycheck. Property manager Jennifer, Rafael have been there for years and their wonderful caring manner has never changed. I appreciate that their has not been a grand turnover of key staff at this site, because you, definitely have the best.
They are friendly, keep the place tidy and organize and run a tight ship.
Recently I spoked with Veronica and with these 3 outstanding folks representing you company, you Mr. Russell Jr. are fortunate and lucky to have them. As they make this location a great powerhouse of excellent and superior customer care!
The quality service towards customers and the location is wonderful.
The follow-up is top notch and it is the reason we have not moved out and found another company to take our business, because of these beautiful folks.
