“Very friendly staff that are always helpful and professional. My tire pressure alarm was on while driving on the high way, and they quickly asked someone checking up on my tires. After a thorough but efficient check, it turned out to be the pressure sensor just got disturbed and there was no need to fix the tire. They didn't end charge me anything! I am very grateful for these gentleman's time and effort on helping me out! Would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking for a professional, efficient and genuine auto repair team.”

“I had squirrel(s) live in my engine within 2 days of not driving and they bit through my fuel line. I called one place and they referred me to the dealer. Another highly rated automotive shop referred me to Robbies Automotive Service for repairing the fuel line. Martin and Raul were very professional and honest. They called me the day of and explained that they were able to order the part from the dealer and have it fixed by the next day. They called the next day and showed me the fuel line where it was bitten by the squirrel. Everything was working as expected. Very happy with their work! I was very relieved that it was done in a day. I highly recommend them.”

“Im gonna start off this review by saying that I went to 3 DIFFERENT places, they were all “skips tire and automotive” and all three of those businesses were absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in customer service. The counter employees were so rude, they wouldn’t help with any of my immediate problems. They just wanted me to reschedule and they would answer then. So finally I leave and as I’m driving home I see this drive thru spot that’s completely empty. So I pull up and immediately the gentleman asked “what he could do for me today” then proceeded to ask if I’d like a soda or beverage while I wait in my car(that was an amazing touch btw) then proceeded to tell me information about my oil/car I was not aware of! Just genuinely letting me know the issues and concerns I might have to deal with in the future. No up-selling, no B.S, just genuine customer CARE! I recommend this place to anyone who cares about customer service and getting your car done in a timely fashion! 10/10”

“Brought my 1970 Plymouth Road Runner 440+6 to have the power brake booster replaced. I have been coming to Tire outlet on 2nd Street for the past 50 years. They are still in business because they know how treat customers and provide quality services at reasonable prices. Not taking away from the Tire Outlet on Alum Rock because I have been there also and continue to recommend them but John and Jason are great people. I highly recommend this establishment for any repair you can think of as well as the best prices in town for wheels and tires.”

“Recommended to me by Lucio at Wardell’s Interiors, another solid shop. True old school craftsmanship and service. You can tell he’s been doing it for 50 years! I stopped by after picking my son’s ‘55 Chevy Cameo up from Wardell’s, just to get an estimate. He tells me to drive it up on the lift. Raises the truck, cuts off the funky temporary side pipes that were running off my 6 cylinder dual Fenton headers, grabs a couple of long s/s tubing pipes along with a tape measure and goes to work. He made multiple compound angle bends in different planes just by eyeballing it. The two sets of pipes paralleled each other perfectly. True craftsmanship and a really nice person. Had it done in about forty minutes including the chrome tips. I had no clue how to run the pipes back to avoid the Cameo spare tire tub that goes under the truck, so I said do whatever you think works best. When it was finished, he thanked me for allowing him to work on my son’s truck and let me know he had a 57 Chevy truck when he was my boy’s age. He looked at his work, laughed, and said he didn’t know what to charge me. I said whatever you think is fair, it’s a great job. Total? A few hundred bucks. Design, demo/disposal of old materials, new stainless pipes, new chrome tips, hangers and multiple bends and welds with highly skilled craftsmanship along with excellent service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
