“Norcal provides exceptional customer service. My old audi started making creaking sounds and I suspected there was an issue with the suspension system. I brought it to Norcal and they identified the lower control arm bushings were worn out. Repair cost was reasonable (unlike other shops in the area) and Ender had the parts replaced within hours. The owner, Lo, is not only Incredibly knowledgeable and capable of amazing work, but also just an absolutely wonderful honest person.I ordered a Dobinsons lift kit through Lo - there isn't much in it for him other than getting a potential new customer. “After filling my front drivers side tire with air two days prior, I had noticed my computer was stating that my air pressure was low again. I happened to be going to Nutley to run a few errands and decided to look up a tire place there to bring my truck to. I stumbled upon Bradley's and called to see if they could look at my tire or if I needed to make an appointment. I was told, "Come right in-no problem" When I got there I was greeted by the owner. He was pleasant and had one of his guys come right out to take care of me and see what the problem was with my tire. As I had expected, they found a nail in my tire that was causing the leak. My tire was repaired for me while I waited maybe a half hour. The price was definitely fair and they didn't try to sell me on other unneeded services as most other places do when you come in for a quick fix. I found this business to be honest, accommodating, customer service oriented with comparable pricing. As I paid for the tire the owner then mentioned they guarantee their work. If I had any problems or issues to bring it back and it would be fixed.This is the kind of shop you want to take your vehicle to. I guarantee, you won't be disappointed.”

“Quality Service. Spoke with Managers Anna & Frank and very professional/friendly service. Patiently answered all my questions and helped me with all my needs. Came with scratches on my car and Frank ran me down the options for service. Upon looking at my vehicle he gave it a little buff and he told me it only took him a few minutes and not to worry about it. Tipped Frank with a bottle of wine and called it a day. Service is still a service and I much appreciate all the help. Very wholesome person and would definitely return. Thanks Frank”
