“The rooms are really very high quality and the owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly! I had minor emergency (lost passport while out and about) which caused me to have to unexpectedly extend my stay without any notice. They went above and beyond to help try to locate passport as well as making rooms available and moving luggage between rooms as needed. As a result I saw 3 different rooms in the annex and can attest they were all clean and highly spec. The bed, mattress and pillows where all really comfy, and each room had reclining chairs and a desk with good desk chair. This is really good if needing to work. Free WiFi, excellent shower.The morning shuttle service (within about 6mi) is a real bonus if you are visiting without a car.The hotel serves a hot buffet breakfast which is good, but there are not too many local (walking distance) options for an evening meal unless you want to get an Uber to downtown mountain view.I would definitely book here again, though I might also book a hire car.Rooms: Very high spec, much better than I was expecting. Beds, duvet and pillows all really luxurious and so comfortable.Excellent cleanliness!Desk and chair and separate reclining comfy chairs.I stayed in 3 rooms, and all had fridges and 1 had a small kitchenette which might be useful if staying longer.Walkability: Within walking distance there are a number of fast food places (NY Pizza, Los Amigos, Poke House, In N Out Burger) which are all about what you might expect. There is a Walgreens about 10 minutes walk and an ExtraMile convenience store that is a little closer that sells beer and snacks if you need to stock your fridge up, although the hotel also sells beer and snacks at reception.Hotel Strata also has a morning shuttle service in the week that can take you to your office if it is reasonably close by.”
“Great views and high-class feel. Wonderful food and tasty selection on menu. Friendly and helpful staff. Pricey but worth the price. Paid parking I didn't enjoy to much. You have to get stamped by hotel when you leave. Overall great clean and rich hotel with a amazing view. Highly recommend.”

“We were in this area to deal with some family issues and decided to stay here for a long stay since it was close to the area we needed to be at. Everything about this hotel was wonderful.The staff were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were nice sized, with a full refrigerator and kitchen, dishes, glassware, silverware, etc. I requested a quieter room and was very happy with our room. We had a couple lights burned out, but they came up and fixed it right away. I would get texts every few days asking how our stay was going and if we needed anything. It was nice getting follow up texts. I can't say enough good things about this place.The beds are so comfortable and I slept so good for the time we were there, which usually doesn't happen when I travel. The breakfast buffet was very good too. I enjoyed the yogurt bar. The hotel lobby was decorated in Christmas decor, which just made the stay that much more special.We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Thank you staff for making our stay so wonderful.Rooms: Beds are so comfortable”

“The rooms were spacious and had every amenity you could wish for but unfortunately they needed to be cleaned a bit better. There was hair through out the entire room including the bathroom and just required a more thorough cleaning. There was plenty of closet space and the shower was great. Under ground parking was convenient but a little cramped. You won't enjoy the breakfast but the staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. There are several conveniently located places to eat in the surrounding area including a Dunkin Donut just a couple hundred feet away. The location was hard to beat.”

“I love the customer service at this location. The energy is positive & the employees seem happy. Great customer service is experienced when the employees providing it are in a good working environment. I received smiles & salutations from everyone I encountered. Asking me if I was okay, had everything I needed & pointed out all the amenities.Rooms: The rooms are clean, warm and welcoming. The beds are comfortable, sound proofed. I have no problem falling asleep.Nearby activities: There's a number of great food choices in the immediate walking or driving vicinity. Multiple supermarkets and shopping in walking distance or very nearby.Safety: The on-site security does their job well. Effective and nearly invisible. I didn't feel apprehensive about leaving my vehicle or personal items in my hotel room.Walkability: Stores, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance.Food & drinks: The breakfast & dinner buffets offered at the restaurant are very good and filling.Noteworthy details: Very warm and friendly vibe from this establishment.”

“Good option for stays.Marriott has HORRIBLE pillows. I was extremely tired from traveling but the pillows were so bad I couldn’t sleep even then. They deflate to a limp piece of cloth.Nice location, next to a lot of restaurants. Rooms are clean and have a good kitchen. Bathrooms have a big shower.”

“I've been here for over a year on a work assignment and the staff has always been awesome with going out of the way to provide great service. The have a great team that makes you feel welcome. The place is safe and always clean.Nearby activities: San Francisco and San Jose are both a half hour drive away.Safety: Mountain View Police patrol the property.Walkability: Stevens Creek Trail to the San Francisco Bay is right off the property.”

Would recommend to everyone fa sure.Noteworthy details: When I checked in late she had me park right in front of doors so I wouldn't have to worry about the uhaul. Really appreciate that. “The most beautiful Marriott in the Bay! The lobby is breathtaking, and it was even more refreshing to have kind, knowledgeable staff to check us in. The rooms are so beautiful, complete with 2 robes, DYSON hair dryer, electric kettle, large shower, and overall very clean and modern. Parking is $22/night with easy in and out access using your room card. I think that's a pretty reasonable price considering other Marriott's charging $30-45/night. The pool on the 3rd floor connects to the AC hotel next door and seems like it'd be a highlight during the warmer seasons. 10/10 would stay here again, only 4/5 stars for the location as there doesn't seem to be too many food places within walking distance. My favorite staycation hotel so far!”
“I stayed at Woodcrest for 1 night in October.This is a very solid 3 star-level hotel at a price which is very hard to beat in the Silicon Valley.I paid 234 usd for a pictured room with a continental breakfast.Rooms are renovated in the last few years, lobby is a bit older style (they have a small convenience store for the guests :) )My room was on the eastern side of the building, I don't think I've heard any noise from the street.”

“Great Hotel to stay at. There is plenty of parking around the hotel, just know you need a room key to enter through the back door. The rooms are clean, and are very comfortable. The breakfast is good overall but premade pancakes and waffles became leathery. I wish they had coffee and tea in the lobby at all times but you gotta fork out the extra cash if you don't want to suck ice cubes all night or drink tap water. I'd definitely stay here again.”
“The location is convenient with shops and local freeways. General areas are really clean and up to standard for the brand. It's a good value, especially with breakfast and parking included. On the downside, the room patios are attached but divided, and I personally I prefer compost plates for breakfast. Outside of those minor things, I had a really enjoyable experience for one night. I would book here again.”

“Pros:-Our room had a full kitchen-Close to Stanford-On-site laundryCons:-Poor Lighting: Rooms are very dark even with the curtain open. We actually went to the local Target and bought some lamps. That's how severe it was.- Hard to get towels: They often question why you want extra even though they only provide a few per room. We had to explain that there is more than one person in our reservation, we can't survive off a couple towels for our entire multi day stay.- Service is slow: If you need something they forgot to put in your room such as Kleenex or towels ... Expect to have to call the front desk many times because they don't show up”

“I highly recommend this Hyatt Hotel. The interior of the hotel is very new. It is located in the Silicon Valley area. It is about half an hour's drive from the airport and not far from major factories. The hotel is in a community and the surrounding environment is very good. There are Western, Chinese and Japanese food. There are many restaurants for Korean food, Vietnamese food, and four large supermarkets nearby, making life functions very convenient.”

“This is a nice hotel in the center of Santa Clara. It is nothing spectacular, but it provides a cozy atmosphere, clean room and bathroom, and fairly comfortable bed and pillows. The housekeeping is good. The water pressure for shower could have been better, but I understand they might have done it to conserve water. They served breakfast in the lobby area, but I didn't try it. The hotel is nothing fancy but modern and pretty convenient for people who are staying for business. Overall, if you are a business traveler, I recommend staying at AC Hotel.”
