“Went there with my wife to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. Juan Rivera 100% made the process super simple and easy. It only took about 1.5 hours to transfer 3 lines. Only because the main line was under a port protection which Juan was very helpful in getting me to remove it and was able to force an acceptance quicker than the usual time it takes. He also made sure that all phones that were transferred over were able to make calls and receive them before allowing my wife and I to leave to ensure we had no problems. Juan Rivera is someone who you should seek for any help with anything at this location. Highly recommend.”

“This guy is super honest and very reliable picks up the phone every time I went too him too fix my charging port after being told it was broken and needed too be replaced for 135 dollar so i called el amir and he would replace it for 70 dollars i went in too get my replacement and he ended up just cleaning my port for 20 dollars.
