“I had issues with my iPhone charging. I brought my phone in and even though it's an older 7 model Robert worked on it to see if it was a minor issue and it was. He cleaned it and he said no charge because there were no repairs or replacements needed. Totally rare to find honest and gracious people. I'll definitely be back if I ever have any issues with any of my tech equipment.”

“Went in to buy an iphone 17 pro. Johnny was very helpful and friendly. It took some time to setup the new phone, but Johnny was able to take care of everything and it felt like it went by a lot quicker because he was very personable and easy to talk to, so I wasn’t just sitting there in silence lol.”

“Vic at T-Mobile in Orange was awesome to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. He made the whole process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I left with everything set up correctly. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at T-Mobile. If you go to this location, ask for Vic. Shout out the goat”

“I recently came in, with the hopes of getting a greater deal away from ATNT. To my surprise, WENDY helped my family and I so much throughout the process of upgrading! She’s so kind and patient, while very professional and knowledgeable of T-Mobile and its offerings! I’ve never had a better phone plan experience than the one T-Mobile @Orange and WENDY has offered, Thank You So Much!”

“I have been here several times now. They have a better selection at this location than the Target closer to me, so that's a plus. Parking lot is often times packed during the middle of the day which I took a star off for. This location is popular and can also be running low on stock so I advise checking the Target app to see if an item you're particularly interested in is in-stock before coming. The employees I spoke to today were super friendly and helpful. They do have a Starbucks but no outdoor garden center. Still, overall, a pretty decent neighborhood Target store.”
