“We have used Madison Service, (Sinclair station at Madison Ave. and Manzanita Ave.) several times to tune up our air conditioning. Well finally the compressor in my wife's Buick Regal started working intermittently. Farshid suggested to alternatives, a diagnosis or just check and top off. I opted to have it filled, but before the car left the shop, it stopped cooling. Farshid did a diagnostic and it showed the compressor was the issue. He also noted the loud drive belt tensioner that made the engine sound as if it had a rattle.
We had him fix the ac and replace the tensioner assembly. Once again, his quote was super reasonable and there were no surprises. The wife is happy, the air conditioning is cold (today it was 103), and the annoying rattling the engine was doing is gone!
Farshid is amazing, friendly and gets it done. He will shop around for best prices on parts if you have the time. The important thing for me is that I trust Farshid!”

“This is the best credit union around Sacramento and I have had membership in many. I have now been with SchoolsFirst for over 20 years! Used to be Schools Federal Credit Union. Customer service is top notch. Always someone there to help you find answers to any of your questions. Employees always greet customers with a friendly smile and "hello". They even greet me by my first name which makes me feel really special. I recently encountered a situation where someone had hacked into my computer and I was concerned that the hacker may have gotten some of my financial information. SchoolsFirst customer service reps. worked and guided me through the steps needed to resolve that situation. The hacker, by the way, had not been able to get into my financial information. With so many different problems and every time she welcomed me with kindness and respect. I took the time to write today cuz she went above and beyond not only making sure that all customers are helped but she didn’t even act frustrated about she was so sweet and wanted to make sure no one goes without being helped. The lady working next to her kept telling one of the customers who just got back from asking the people at the window inside and said that they couldn’t help her mater and to go to the front desk. The lady working next to Alyssa repeatedly was telling the customer they can help you and to go back there. The customer wasn’t happy and didn’t want to go back. Alyssa then nicely offered to help the customer if she is happy to wait for a bit. I had an issue with an online long in and at first we didn’t know what was the problem as we Alyssa tried everything. I saw that it was a mystery and might take a while so I said I’d come back later but Alyssa asked that if I’m ok waiting and she would look further into it. I was so happy when I saw her going out of her way to make sure it’s done. I wasn’t even upset leaving the first time but she wanted to make sure every customer gets what they came for and every time she gave me a wonderful welcoming experience. I believe this lady should be promoted or at least a hire raise.My God bless her ?”
