“I was doing some frantic last minute holiday shopping and the whole team at this location was very kind and helpful! I wanted to give a special shout out to Alexander though whose customer service skills were amazing, 10/10!! Not only was he able to help me clarify which items were on sale and for what price, he also went out of his way to find me the size I wanted by calling another location to see if they had it! And even though I was bugging him the whole time I was in the store and pestering him with a bunch of questions, Alexander was able to assist me with nothing but a friendly smile the whole time! I also work in retail so usually i'm pretty observant when it comes to customer service in other stores, but I just had to comment on Alexander's because his was just through the roof (:”
“Cust. Serv. was great. My neighbor bought herself a nice tv stand/cabinet for a good price from here. However it came assembled & to large to put in her car. Delivery would have been an obnoxious $80. So she asked me if I’d do her the favor of p/u & delivery. I got there explained the situation, the guy that was called to the front (I wish I had gotten his name, i assume he was from furniture dept.) Anyways he quickly found the item we picked it up and carried it right to my car. He helped me load it into the back and was kind enough to go back inside to grab some cardboard to protect the finish. Anyways all in all it was a good experience.”
“Lost my phone at the mall and my friend had my location saying it was around Macy's. The ladies at reception/check out were amazing and so helpful, especially Adrienne and Maria. Adrienne was working at checkout on the 3rd floor was so helpful and sweet and really did her best to help me. She checked my friend's phone and told me it seems my phone's location was most likely at the SK II stand. We were just about to head there when Maria was passing by and confirmed that my phone was downstairs on the first floor, and it was at SK II like Adrienne predicted! Thank you so much for your help, you guys were amazing!”

“Lupe has done color on me twice and both times were good experiences. She's very friendly and asked me questions throughout to make sure I got the results I wanted. My hair is very dark and she was able to get it lightened without too much damage and cut it just the way I asked. I saw someone give her a poor rating and I just wanted to say that I had the complete opposite experience and I am quite difficult lol”

“1 of my Nordstrom Rack friends and I shopped here one trip to 'The Shops at Santa Anita,' and stumbled upon this super cute Japanese boutique shop? Any ways, we were hanging out here at least for half the day and we saw a lot of Toy Story 3 stuffed animals on top of Snoopies, so I decided to take a lot of pics here while we were browsing. Miniso, Arcadia, CA is very reasonably priced here and next time I have time visiting my Nordstrom friends again I'll support them. But this was just a browsing trip.”
