“1 of my Nordstrom Rack friends and I shopped here one trip to 'The Shops at Santa Anita,' and stumbled upon this super cute Japanese boutique shop? Any ways, we were hanging out here at least for half the day and we saw a lot of Toy Story 3 stuffed animals on top of Snoopies, so I decided to take a lot of pics here while we were browsing. Miniso, Arcadia, CA is very reasonably priced here and next time I have time visiting my Nordstrom friends again I'll support them. But this was just a browsing trip.”

“I was doing some frantic last minute holiday shopping and the whole team at this location was very kind and helpful! I wanted to give a special shout out to Alexander though whose customer service skills were amazing, 10/10!! Not only was he able to help me clarify which items were on sale and for what price, he also went out of his way to find me the size I wanted by calling another location to see if they had it! And even though I was bugging him the whole time I was in the store and pestering him with a bunch of questions, Alexander was able to assist me with nothing but a friendly smile the whole time! I also work in retail so usually i'm pretty observant when it comes to customer service in other stores, but I just had to comment on Alexander's because his was just through the roof (:”
“Melissa was so helpful at the jc penny ain the Santa Anita mall. She was professional, nice, friendly and she helped me pick out a nice watch and some jewelry for me. Thanks for all of your help 10 star service she even set my watch to the date,day and time and alarm for work. she even showed me how to do it. And some other cool features.
