“This past Friday we had an amazing experience at this location. After reading most of the reviews, I was apprehensive to stop by. I'm glad I did not allow the negative comments to keep us away. It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended. “This afternoon I stopped off at the Verizon Store located at 5438 Whittier Blvd. City of Commerce to see if I can get some assistance on my Smartphone. My phone had not updated my incoming messages or emails since the day before.
I was immediately greeted by Jessica who offered to help me with my phone. Within a few minutes, she was able to power off and then power back on my phone and my messages and emails updated. Jessica also showed me how to power down my phone in case I have the same problem again.

“MARYLOU is the real deal ! My husband needed a new phone immediately, to assist with work the next day. We went in NOT knowing exactly what we wanted, but had an idea. Marylou, came over and greeted us, and offered to help. We told her more or less what we needed, and she immediately gave a great suggestion. It was perfect, and on sale ! She carefully assisted very kindly, SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE, professionally, and without rushing us. My husband and I are not tech savvy, so she even helped link my husbands smart watch to his new phone.
All while paying attention to our needs/ usage of our other SPECTRUM accounts. Such as our cable/ internet, and informed us of a promotion that helped tremendously
!!! Had she NOT offered this, my husband and I had already made plans to switch to another company with my union offering a better deal. However we wanted to stay with SPECTRUM, and now we were were able too. Not only did it help us monthly, but she helped us understand our services soooo much better. We now get the MOST out of it, with ways that we did not even know about. It took about 2 hours, but keep in mind, buying or trading a new phone can be stressful, and time consuming like buying a car or house. So it helps if you go with that in mind. It just depends on what you need. Thank you for the best experience we have ever had with our phones in 30 years of marriage. Ask for Marylou !!!”

“The girls there were very nice help me pick out the right phone for me I got me an LG 6 with a stylus pen free all I did was pay the Texas original price was $230 keep in mind we get confused when we say we're going to get something free keep in mind you have to pay the original sales tax from $230 is $22 in change plus your activation fee plus you're acessories I came out as a winner anyways I end up paying $92 and change with my monthly Supply service activation and and all I came up winning I saved $130 plus my taxes from that so if you really look at it I end up saving about $160 and my accessory for my phone cuz it's a big phone it's a 6.8 my acessory to it I even got a good discount on it too honestly gave it to me for $10 can't beat that I paid 28 plus tax for my Motorola phone cover and not only that keep in mind that they do have $10 plans $15 plans depending on the gigabytes that you want and that's if you ask so $10 is 1GB $15 is 2GB and so on so my $35 plan is 10gb I love my clan I won't have to be worrying about I don't have service Wherever I Go I have service after being with MetroPCS for many years since early 80s when they barely started I had their service but whenever I lift two different zones example San Bernardino Lake Elsinore it was so hard to get the service over those areas and with Boost I can go anywhere and I have service I really do love it so if you're like me and you don't want to deal with the $40 plan or even a $30 plan did it measure you do get less $40 is 10 GB say $5 if you go to boost and keep in mind to ask about those other services that they're $10 $15 and so on of course it will be less gigabytes but you have free phone service you can always add??”
