“We went to port my parents new phone, and the sevice staff Javier helped us, the whole experience we had was smooth and friendly. My parents tranfered their service from other carrier which they weren't very happy with. So even the transfer experience from that Carrier which you can image not well. We had some hard time to get the information which it shouldn't have to be. Please looking for Jacari to assist, he is the best, with all the patience and enthusiasm!”

It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended.
