She was able to replace the screen in 30 minutes for a great price and suggested to replace the battery because it is starting to swell. The phone looks like new and is working fine.
They also repair laptops.

Working the store by myself she helped two preceding customers, me, AND dealt with a rep from Motorola. The store was clean, the hours signage was clear and legible.Note, not all of the product signage inside is in English, but I don't think that's bad. Definitely good for speakers/readers of Chinese! Rosa was adept at both switching back and forth to help everyone, and ALSO getting product samples, products, and accessories for each of us. Didn't confuse a single transaction or forget a detail and went the extra bit to even switch her register systems when it was being a little jank!Rosa 10/10. Cricket was pretty good too. “I took in my old Galaxy note 5 to get it checked because it wouldn’t not hold a charge. The service was quick and the price was very affordable. They didn’t charge me to diagnosed the phone . After he diagnosed the phone he gave me the quote and we agreed with the price. If I need any other service I would definitely go back. I recommend this place.”
“Wow, what can I say about this company, not only is it fast and reliable, but when you walk into the shop, the way you feel comfortable knowing that all your transactions are safe and secure.
I have done extensive transactions and bought multiple accessories that last a long time, and every thing is high end and very useful.
Both Derrick and Gabriel are straight to the point and make sure that you are getting the best service possible.
One thing I was suppressed that the shop did was offer other services and other plans that are very affordable and are really the best fit, just recently I needed to get some internet for my small room, and I was so frustrated and upset that the priced for a service are so expensive!!!
But here is where this shop comes into place, I usually visit the shop and strike up a conversation with either Derrick or Gabriel, and as soon as you walk in, you see a sign (pictured below ⬇️) for a program where they find you affordable internet, and after some consideration and some talking, I now have great working internet for a cheap price,
all thanks to Derrick for a referral.

I called up, asked if they had screens for iPhone 11. They confirmed. Went 20 minutes later.
When I walked in they had Joshua 1:4 on the wall. AYEEE. Praise the Lord.
Bought a screen, 2 protectors and a case for just under $50 with a tip.
This is now my go to spot. They are beating the competition by a landslide.
