I went in this Verizon store and was helped by Damian. He is very nice and patient. Great customer service. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. came into verizon to trade in my phone for a new phone, and Nick was an extremely great help with this, ensuring that it was quick and easy. he even informed me that it would be a better deal and $10 cheaper to get an ipad and phone bundle compared to just a phone, so now i have a wonderful ipad. thank you Nick.
