The Auburn branch has had staffing changes, however, this has not changed the customer care that we have had during all the years. “Choose the correct time to carry out transactions for which you need a teller or you'll be standing in line for a long time. I don't remember seeing more than two tellers working at a time in a couple of years, but I have experienced long waits.
In addition, I recently saw that the left ATM machine had some technical problem with a customer. He had to go inside (fortunately, the branch was open) to let the staff know there was a problem. A subsequent customer had an issue with the same ATM. I went inside to ask the staff to put up a sign alerting customers that the ATM was out of order. But the staff I spoke with told me Golden 1's HQ group that deals with the ATMs wouldn't let the local staff put up a sign or disable the ATM or address the problem in any way to prevent potential users from using the same faulty ATM! Unacceptable.
I've reported the issue, but who knows when anything will be done to correct this incomprehensible policy.”
