I am so grateful for the honesty of this wonderful shop and its employees .This will be where I go when I need a battery and highly recommend them!”

“Best customer service and outstanding experience! You can truly feel they genuinely care about their customers. Long story short I brought in my old golf cart batteries, and they accidentally tipped over in the back of my truck. The sales rep, BB, immediately told me to pull the truck in so they could wash the acid off the truck bed. They took the batteries down and cleaned everything off for me! I really appreciate their safety concern and excellent service. BB answered all my questions and went above and beyond. I bought 6 batteries for great price! I highly recommend this company!”

“Ruben was a Godsend!! He helped my friend fix her car issue, he helped us install part and unhook battery and hook it back up again. He let us use tools we did not have and because of Ruben we got home to Santa Maria safely. He basically fixed her car. I want to hire him at one of my family’s dealerships. Someone like Ruben who genuinely cares about helping people is rare. He also told me what oil to get for my high mileage vehicle. He is so Knowledgeable. I’ve never had such a great experience at a parts store. I hope he’s getting paid with. He’s worth he should seriously be in management.”

“Great service! Had been a few years since I last used the South Union Avenue location, but it doesn't seem to have changed. Park your car, the service person comes out (Andrew in this case) with a rolling tool cart & checks the battery and/or charging system. Was advised my 6+ year old battery had a dead cell in it; consequently, it wasn't holding a charge. Andrew stated the batteries available for my vehicle as well as their price and warranty. After answering a few questions, he removed the old battery, carried it inside, carried the new battery out and installed it. Total time 15-20 minutes maximum. No wasted time, no sales pressure, simple, and friendly. A complete pleasure doing business with.”
“Best place in Bakersfield to buy parts for your vehicle. Get at least two quotes in town, then call Fast Undercar. If they don't have it they can order it for you. A lot of shops in town order parts from them then sell them to you with a high markup...”
