He took the time to review my account and helped me shave down my bill by removing unnecessary expenses—something most people wouldn’t even think to do. His customer service is top-notch, and he truly cares about his customers. If you ever need help with your T-Mobile account, Carlos is the person to see. “I was helped recently by Bryan a Sales Representative. My experience was Exceptional! He was really kind and always had my best interest at mind! I came in with my wife to upgrade our phones and we left with new phones, cheaper priced wifi then what we currently had “Spectrum” and also smart watches for my children! Over all with the upgrades and with the WiFi we are saving over $100 a month after dropping Spectrum WiFi, This store went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as a customer as well as always keeping me updated with communication on what was going on in my time in the store.
