“We had a very positive experience at Slagle's Mattress Factory. They have a large selections of mattresses, including latex foam, and will patiently guide you through your selection process. We purchased a King size Symphony Pillow top set, and while I was OK with the comfort of it in the store, what sold me was their guarantee to alter the mattress in the first 3 months if you decide you want it firmer or softer. We decided pretty quickly that it was too firm. We took it back (you can pay for pickup/delivery if you can't bring it back yourself), and for no charge they added more to the "pillow top" on each side, and adjusted the firmness underneath the pillow top. I can say I love the results, and am 100% happy with their service and guarantee!”

I walked the store looking for/at dining sets and not one person came to ask me what I was looking for or if they could help. Not one! So I left. I ended up at Furniture Land on Ming and was immediately greeted by an associate, Sandra. She told me where the dining sets were located in the store and let me browse uninterrupted. I found a nice set and she worked to get it delivered on the day I wanted.Furniture Land is a very nice store, clean and a huge selection. Sandra was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Lastly, I was notified by text that my furniture was on the way and it arrived as the text informed me. “I recently purchased a nightstand from Red Door Interiors that needed to be ordered. Jocelyn was great in keeping me updated on the status when there was a delay. The piece arrived and there were issues with the drawer glides. Red Door took care of the issue and ordered new glides. Alfredo and Gus came to troubleshoot the piece and install the new glides. The piece is perfect now. The glide issue was not the fault of Red Door but of the manufacture which is a very reputable company. Everything was taken care of and I would recommend Red Door Interiors.”
