“My husband and I went to look at Mattresses and were immediately greeted by Jonathan. He was nice and very knowledgeable in getting us the right mattress that fit our needs! He allowed us to try out different mattresses and introduced us to the adjustable bases as well. Jonathon was thoroughly explaining the differences between the different types of mattresses/bases and overall made the entire process of picking them out easy!
Delivery was also great, Alfonso and his colleague were prompt on both the delivery time and in setting up the bed and base!
Overall, we truly are enjoying our new mattress and base and are getting amazing sleep and comfort! This was long over due. Thank you Mattress Firm team members!”

“We had a very positive experience at Slagle's Mattress Factory. They have a large selections of mattresses, including latex foam, and will patiently guide you through your selection process. We purchased a King size Symphony Pillow top set, and while I was OK with the comfort of it in the store, what sold me was their guarantee to alter the mattress in the first 3 months if you decide you want it firmer or softer. We decided pretty quickly that it was too firm. We took it back (you can pay for pickup/delivery if you can't bring it back yourself), and for no charge they added more to the "pillow top" on each side, and adjusted the firmness underneath the pillow top. I can say I love the results, and am 100% happy with their service and guarantee!”

“Where do I begin?
I was searching for a good mattress for 6 months, I couldn't find an extra firm mattress for a reasonable price. Caesar saved my life. I have had body pain from my previous foam mattress for years now (really hated it) so the Savvy was an excellent change. After 1 night of sleeping, my body is already feeling better.
Best part of it all, not only was this a great priced mattress that is excellent for my back pain, the stores customer service was amazing. He has a range of furniture, coaches, you name it.
I recommend you check this place out, they accommodate you well. They even provide delivery service.

“This was the best and easiest purchase of my life. Went in and found a couch I liked but not exactly the color. I talked about price with the worker there and it was so cheap. She noticed how I was slightly uninterested in the color and mentioned it comes in other colors. I was so happy! Then she showed me the other colors and I found the perfect one. I loved the customer service and how easy it is to navigate this store. She sold me on a dresser too it was also extremely well priced. “Regarding the previous review about the kid on the scooter, I often shop at the shops at riverwalk, and there have been several instances in which I have noticed a group of young kids on scooters and e-bikes constantly terrorizing businesses around the shopping center. The kids threaten employees and customers, and wreak havoc within the stores and restaurants. The aforementioned incident in the previous review most likely has to do with that. Please make sure you understand the context of the situation before leaving a review that can potentially damage an employees reputation. I have personally purchased multiple mattresses from sleep number, and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the employees. Thanks.”
