“You lost a star today. Update your hours. If you say you will be open at 6am but nobody rolls in till about 720... then you guys shut down wayyyyy to early to be useful for a service plumber. Your hours need to expand to be able to reliably serve your customers. I doubt they will read this, but banker hours are not the same as plumbing needs.”

“I can't believe all the bad reviews on here for these guys. They have been absolutely amazing to me. Marvin was a very easy going salesman, sold me an amazing product I've always wanted and was able to help make it affordable with my budget as far as payments go. My carpet had never felt as clean or fluffs back up to the point I can see my footprints in it after I vacuum even after a professional has come and cleaned them since I've purchased and used the Kirby's avalir 2. It's the vacuum and carpet shampooer combo. Kirby's are heavy and expensive BECAUSE they are built to last as long as you MAINTAIN them regularly like you would a car. Every 2-3 months you check the belt, the bag, the hoses, etc. And replace as needed. People spend thousands each year on the newest phones that only last 2-3 years but complain about a vacuum that as long as you MAINTAIN it, will last you 15+ yrs. Since they've started making them with aluminum they're not nearly as heavy as the ones my GMA and Mom have that are steal by the way. Read the fine print on stuff before you buy it is common sense. If you get financed through their financing I suggest paying it off as quickly as possible or see if you can get a better rate with a personal loan and call them back if you really want it though.”

“I love Urners! But the one thing I'm not too happy about is they cannot dispose of your mattress if there are ANY sort of stain which makes it difficult for a disabled person to do without convenience.”
