“We had a very positive experience at Slagle's Mattress Factory. They have a large selections of mattresses, including latex foam, and will patiently guide you through your selection process. We purchased a King size Symphony Pillow top set, and while I was OK with the comfort of it in the store, what sold me was their guarantee to alter the mattress in the first 3 months if you decide you want it firmer or softer. We decided pretty quickly that it was too firm. We took it back (you can pay for pickup/delivery if you can't bring it back yourself), and for no charge they added more to the "pillow top" on each side, and adjusted the firmness underneath the pillow top. I can say I love the results, and am 100% happy with their service and guarantee!”

“My old LazyBoy recliner, after nearly 30 years of service finally needed replacement. So I went to the Bakersfield LazyBoy store to look for a new one. I was greeted by Samatha who was very helpful. Their selection was excellent and the store was spotless. I was allowed to look on my own without a sales person hovering over me. I like that. However when I needed help she was there along with other staff. I ended up special ordering a new recliner to get exactly what I want. If this one lasts like my old one the the price paid will be worth it.”

“DOS May/June 2022Initially went in May looking for couches and chairs. Found these adorable chairs and ordered my couches. I was told my couches could take up to 3 weeks for delivery, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got them the next week!Because the service was so good, I went back in June for a table for my entry way and a coffee table. Got a gorgeous coffee table, and they gave me a great discount, because I was a returning customer!Staff was amazing and very helpful. Armando the guy who sold me my chairs and couches was SUPER friendly, but sadly was no longer there when I returned in June. The sales lady that helped me in June was also very friendly.”

She was very patient and answered all my questions and showed me multiple pieces in the store. She was very thoughtful and wrote down all the pieces that I wanted. I went home to consult with my husband and returned the following day and asked for her specifically since we already spoke about what I liked. She was very accommodating and friendly, and even helped me apply for various financing options so I could have all my pieces to furnish my first apartment.
