“Regarding the previous review about the kid on the scooter, I often shop at the shops at riverwalk, and there have been several instances in which I have noticed a group of young kids on scooters and e-bikes constantly terrorizing businesses around the shopping center. The kids threaten employees and customers, and wreak havoc within the stores and restaurants. The aforementioned incident in the previous review most likely has to do with that. Please make sure you understand the context of the situation before leaving a review that can potentially damage an employees reputation. I have personally purchased multiple mattresses from sleep number, and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the employees. Thanks.”

“I love Rosedale Ross, not only cause it's clean and organized for most part but because all the employees are very nice to work with and all my managers are awesome. Yes we get long lines but obviously it's because we get a lot of customers and most of them are pretty faithful to our store. Even if the line is long you won't be waiting that long, our cashiers are pretty fast and friendly.”

“I've been a Ross customer for a really long time. I've shopped in Orange County, L.A. County, Oahu, and the big island of Hawaii. I'm used to seeing great prices AND stores in disarray and chaos at times. I have never been to this store in particular. I walked in soon after the store opened, and I noticed that this store was different from any other Ross I had ever been to in the past. It was clean, super organized, and stocked up with every type of merchandise one could want. I've never seen a Ross that looks like a department store. It was perfect! I was so impressed by the cleanliness and organization. I never knew that a Ross could look like this. I'm so impressed! Also, the staff was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this Ross to everyone in the Bakersfield area. It's my new favorite Ross of all time.”

“My wife and I have been coming here for a long time and honestly everyone here is Rude like as if they just don’t want to be here. Except the young security guard with glasses that they got at the front door I’m pretty sure he’s new cause we recently started seeing him. My wife and I love his smile and it’s great to see that someone at this place enjoys what they do even though he is just at the front door greeting customers. He really says it loud and proud and actually means it. The other security guards that are there when he’s not there really just there for a check which I don’t blame them. I know the short woman security guard says it loud to but it doesn’t feel like the one with glasses. Anyways I think this store would be so much better if the staff had this young man’s attitude. It should be a 3 but a 4 cause of how that security guard makes customers feels cause we’ve seen it with our own eyes and it’s good to have people like that.”
“The inventory here changes week by week, so you kind of have to have an open mind when you go into shop and try to find what you're looking for. My daughter was able to find what she wanted. We were school shopping. The staff was very friendly yet professional. The store was clean.”
