“I usually do not have a great experience here. I ordered an online pick up last night and was scheduled to pick up today at 4pm. There was a problem with the system and no one to help and I called multiple times and no one would answer. When I arrived to customer service there was no employees to help or even call to help. I was very irritated. So I walked up to the order pickup. Thankfully I met a wonderful employee named Daniella! She turned my whole day around! She was so kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to help me. She assured me she would personally work on resolving the issue. She later on called me to let me know my order was ready. She gave me a better phone number to call and she personally walked out my groceries and put it in my car. She deserves a raise and a lot of praise. The only reason I will ever go to this Safeway again is because of Danielle! Thank you sweetheart! This shows you how one person can make a huge difference”
