“Broke my iPhone 11 screen’s glass completely late this afternoon, and iRepair Cell & Tablets was one of the top rating repair store nearby. Since they closed Sunday (and it’s Saturday today), I called to make sure they have part and can accommodate my quick drop in. I arrived 15 min before closing, and the store owner (named Yama) quickly got me in and out in less than 10 min! He was super friendly in person, and also when I called him beforehand. My iPhone screen look and feel like new and as responsive as OEM part. Would definitely come here again if any problems with my electronic devices!”

“I came with a phone that wasn't charging, I thought the port was broken, they checked it, told me what they thought could be, also told me what could be the worst case, I waited a few minutes and now I have a fully functional phone just like new and the fee was cheap, totally recommend this place, you can also see what they do to your phone and I think that's worth some extra points.”

“Robert was awesome he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with an activated phone after spending 3 hours texting att customer service app people . I was frustrated and annoyed getting no where with their chat representative. If Robert would not have asked me if I had signed in. My wait would have been a few hours.

ATT needs more people like Robert.. He's very professional, polite, and prompt making sure his customers are not waiting to be helped a long time. There were 4 other employees that were on the same shift 2 of the girls were either new or just didn’t care about their job. Anyhow, I appreciate your help Robert!!!

“Ordering my iPhone 15 Pro Max White was a big pain. I had originally ordered same day pickup at the Danville Location and ended up canceling my order due to the bad customer service i had gotten from the danville site. I had eventually reordered the iPhone and ordered same day pickup at the concord/sunvalley mall location. I had waited the whole day with both call or email. So i waited another day and decided to go in person and was warmly welcomed by Roger. Roger was a blast! He helped me get my iPhone that same day. Had a great time and was taken care of. Roger, i appreciate your help and I hope you get a raise”

“The experience at a T-Mobile corporate store is so much better than Xfinity. I went to the century store and was helped by Paola. She ended her meeting/zoom call to help me. I had two modems to return and one active modem and the system was having a hard time with it, but she politely, kindly, humorously, and professionally figured it all out for me. I was in a time crunch so I actually left the store and she said she would call me. I wasn't quite sure if that was going to happen or not. 15 minutes later she called me and had figured out the issue and had returned my modem successfully. In a time where customer service is getting worse and worse and worse, it's refreshing to find someone like this who is so good and so nice and does her job so well. It's rare to find somebody who actually cares about their job and their customer.”

“My wife and I both needed new phones. Yiikees!!! Lucky for us, when we went in a couple of evenings ago, the store was very slow (we were literally the ONLY customers) and Mohammed, the nice gentleman who served us, took the time to help us with EVERYTHING we needed without rushing us, or making us feel stupid! LOL! We all know how complicated even the "simplest" of smart phone can be today, so it's real refreshing when someone like Mohammed can do his job so well, and with such a good attitude! Tmobile has a first responders discount so we're able to save a lot on our phone bill. Customer service upstairs is way better than the location downstairs.”
