“Restored my trust in Verizon – excellent service from Valentino and Julian! I typically avoid going to Verizon stores, but this experience completely returned my trust. I came in with a complex request: I needed to open a business account, get a new phone number, and transfer an existing number from personal to business.
Valentino and Julian were fantastic. They provided excellent, attentive service and handled the entire process perfectly from start to finish. It was a wonderful experience to have this done so smoothly. Highly recommended!”
“I came in to fix the broken hinge and front screen on my Z Flip 5. Eddy was able to order the part and fix it super quickly, I just had to wait a few days for the part to arrive which is fine. If you have a common phone he can probably get it done for you same day. Service was great and he did a fantastic job considering the zflips are difficult to fix! Thanks!”

“YeaMac in Burlingame, California did an amazing job diagnosing and repairing my MacBook Pro. They went above and beyond, spending extra time to make sure the issue was fully identified and fixed correctly. It turned out the MacBook itself was defective, and if they hadn’t taken the time to thoroughly diagnose it, I would have ended up spending a lot more money unnecessarily.
They also upgraded my other Apple computer, and it’s working perfectly. Their knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate the care they put into their work, and I will absolutely be coming back for any future Apple product needs. Highly recommend!”

“I'm giving this store a 5-star because of one of their staff, Jaime. I had an issue with my iPhone not knowing if it can be fixed without going to an Apple Store. I got inside and Jaime immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him what's going on and he patiently tinkered with the device. He explained to me what might be the problem. I was getting worried because we were getting nowhere. Then he told me to go to an Apple Store instead. Nevertheless, he tried another "trick" and lo and behold! My phone was unlocked with my passcode. I really appreciated Jaime's patience & knowledge. But most of all, his tenacity in helping a distraught person...me. This T-Mobile store has an asset in Jaime. I went to the same store 2 years ago and the staff were on their phones and didn't even lift their heads until I greeted them. This time, what a huge difference. Jaime is the best! !”

We browsed the store that is filled with apple and non-apple products. It's a strange place to want to buy an IPad, but you can! On top of that, they've also got Bose products and a place to try them out. Pretty wide selection of items.”

“Dealing with AT&T and we are not happy with how we got approached in target store to get AT&T came into AT&T store in Belmont, California and Ashim helped us. We are done yet, to fix our bill but he is great manager, great customer service very kind very patient and very hopeful that this will be fixed. He will be our go to guy from now on!”
