Went above and beyond and even gave recommendations to grab food. Made the whole experience of losing my phone stress free and actually enjoyable”
“I came in to fix the broken hinge and front screen on my Z Flip 5. Eddy was able to order the part and fix it super quickly, I just had to wait a few days for the part to arrive which is fine. If you have a common phone he can probably get it done for you same day. Service was great and he did a fantastic job considering the zflips are difficult to fix! Thanks!”

“YeaMac in Burlingame, California did an amazing job diagnosing and repairing my MacBook Pro. They went above and beyond, spending extra time to make sure the issue was fully identified and fixed correctly. It turned out the MacBook itself was defective, and if they hadn’t taken the time to thoroughly diagnose it, I would have ended up spending a lot more money unnecessarily.
They also upgraded my other Apple computer, and it’s working perfectly. Their knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate the care they put into their work, and I will absolutely be coming back for any future Apple product needs. Highly recommend!”

“Nicholas B. at the AT&T store in downtown Palo Alto absolutely made my day. I had been trying since 10:00 AM to recover the phone number and account number for a line I created. After speaking with multiple AT&T representatives and getting nowhere, I was beyond frustrated.
I walked back into the store, and Nicholas solved the problem in less than five minutes. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly efficient. His customer service was truly exceptional and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

“I'm giving this store a 5-star because of one of their staff, Jaime. I had an issue with my iPhone not knowing if it can be fixed without going to an Apple Store. I got inside and Jaime immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him what's going on and he patiently tinkered with the device. He explained to me what might be the problem. I was getting worried because we were getting nowhere. Then he told me to go to an Apple Store instead. Nevertheless, he tried another "trick" and lo and behold! My phone was unlocked with my passcode. I really appreciated Jaime's patience & knowledge. But most of all, his tenacity in helping a distraught person...me. This T-Mobile store has an asset in Jaime. I went to the same store 2 years ago and the staff were on their phones and didn't even lift their heads until I greeted them. This time, what a huge difference. Jaime is the best! !”
