He spent a lot of time with diagnosis and even re-screwed the battery back in which required a special took. Definitely recommend and will use service in the future.”

“I recently received a new iPhone after my previous phone got slammed in my car door. I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman by the name of Hassen who ensured me that I could come in and he would assist me with setting up my new phone. I arrived and there he was, just as kind and attentive as ever (not to mention he smelled VERY good). He was patient and extremely helpful as I navigated my way through my new phone. I left the store with a phone completely set up, screen protector and new case. I am very thankful for all his help and will certainly be back if any other problems or issues arise.”

“I scheduled an appointment here for 7:00pm to have my numbers switched between two new phones. I chose this store because they were open until 8pm. When I arrived, there was a customer being helped by a young man, Jose, I believe. By 7:15pm, the first customer was still being helped and three more customers had gotten in line behind me. It was clear that some would not get help before they closed. With the closing hour coming soon, Jose professionally handled the waiting customers and was able to successfully get my phones switched while also helping the other waiting customers. In what would normally be a stressful situation, Jose kept a welcoming and friendly attitude. We all actually chatted with each other while Jose took worked hard for us. Over all great experience. Will gladly drive out of my to go this store versus the closer one to me. Thank you, Jose.”

“I always have a great time at this Target. It's very convenient, especially for order pickup. I had a wonderful experience with a blonde girl (I believe her name is Ellie). She helped me bring my order out and quickly packed everything in my car. I ran into her another time when I visited the store in person, and she was my cashier. She kindly asked if I wanted a bag and bagged all my stuff for me with so much care. She got me out of there quickly and easily with a smile on her face, even though it was a busy day, which I'm sure must have been stressful for her. “My son's iphone had a severely damaged screen. I have TMobile 360 coverage, but since it's under Apple Care, I had to go to Apple for repair. I set an appointment for Best Buy through the Apple website. Best Buy didn't have the parts, so they sent me to the Apple Store. My experience at the Apple Store was smooth. All the employees were super nice and helpful. They took me in as "walk in" and repair took around 90 minutes as promised.There's easy parking in a lot and on the street. Sometimes gets busy, so you might need to circle a little. Next time, I'm going the Apple Store first, if the phone within the first 2 years and it's still covered under Apple Care. No need to go the the carrier for insurance repair.”
