“Overall the place is great this coming June will be 2 years for us, the apartment has always been in good condition, only concerns I have are dog owners do need to have more responsibilities in picking up after their pets, especially in the elevator and hallways, a couple of times I’ve found dog feces on the carpet in the hallway, second time the feces was left for a few days, also noise control, neighbors do need to be consider of others when playing their music, not just noise but also vibration”

“I give 4 stars because the staff and maintenance is super fast and friendly with their service when you request it for something in your unit. But things I’m not happy about is the roach problem within this complex. I have come to the conclusion that it’s just the area that has this issue but if we are paying $2000-3000 a month I would expect this major apartment complex to invest into a bigger solution to get rid of the infestation from the root cause. And also to spend a single day repainting the numbers of this assigned parking spaces because I pay extra for a second spot only for people to constantly park in them cause the gate is never working properly and anybody is just coming in and parking as they please. And the laundry rooms are constantly out of use because resident can’t wash clothes properly.”
“I love my apartments. No problems at all. Everything always gets handled so quickly with an alert notification. If something needs fixing in my unit. Jordan and the maintenance team are very quick and respectful of requests. Nikki in the Leasing office is the best! She is so helpful when or if I do have questions.”

“This place has been my home since 2001 and its one of the the more peaceful apartments in vallejo. Its clean, quiet, with a good mixture of residents from families, couples, college students, to seniors. Elizabeth is really friendly so any questions you have, just ask. The maintenance crew will be some of the most friendliest guys you'll meet, anything you need from plumbing to repairs and theyre pretty much on it. 5 stars.”
“My wife and I just moved in and so far everything is nice. The manager, Laura, was very accommodating and made the move in process friction less. The location is nice too, it is right next to the DVC.”

“Horrible place to live.Roaches everywhere.parking is terrible.They have constant problems with leaking water heaters and pipes .Dangerous mold growing in the walls of apartments and they dont do anything to fix it.”
“My mother has been a resident at Valencia Terrace, Corona, CA for several years. The climate there in Southern California is wonderful, the grounds are so pleasant, and the staff is top notch. They have movies, music, games, and a pool. Her favorite activities are the brunches and barbecues.”

“This place is not the top of the line.the leaseing person is Roger he is amazing seeking that he does 4 jobs and only get paid for one so... I'll start their. The apartment we moved it to is a nice one bedroom hardwood floors and carpeting in the bed room rent here is fair for the bay area were the prices are going up by day but still on the outside it looks OK could be keep up a little better buy hey its a one person show with all said I couldn't be happier with the move.”
“These are great apartments in a great area close to highway, parks and recreation as well as local hospitals. They very appealing to the eye, gated, well maintained grounds and the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers that are extremely accommodating and friendly. They also have well maintained amenities such as a pool, hot tub and on an site laundry facility with mutiple washing and drying units.”

“I had lived here with a roommate before and it was a great experience. 2bd/1ba was relatively spacious. Washer/dryer room is near the pool. It's a very safe, quiet apartment complex. You can take your laundry out at 3am and nothing will happen to you. Gloria is the manager and is very sweet! If I could I would live here again. The apartments are also across the street from Safeway which was great. If you have kids , it's best to take the ground floor being that kids have a tendency to stomp around at night.”
