“I've been coming to Quenvold's for several years now to use my shoe allowance allotted every two years. On my most recent visit, I was specifically looking for western style steel toes and Robin provided excellent customer service by going to the truck twice to pull my size and get a second style that was being phased out. Not any women's high ankle boots available though (I'm going to buy off Amazon). Will be back in a couple of years for more boots!”

“I needed an outfit for a western wear party in a short period of time. I found a wash "n" wear blouse in red with embroidery and a rose embroidered belt that looked great. I had to return to the store to get the belt cut down. The owner took great care to do that for me. The outfit was fantastic with black jeans, black hat and boots.”
“We need more people who value long-term quality and maintenance over disposable fashion. Businesses like Shoe Hospital are essential in keeping that mindset alive.
I brought in a pair of Allen Edmonds Chelsea boots that needed heel repair and polishing. The turnaround was just two days, and the results were excellent. The craftsmanship showed, and the boots looked as good as new.
One thing to note: this is a cash-only shop, and they require a deposit when you drop off your shoes. Just be sure to come prepared to avoid an extra trip.
Skilled, fast, and dependable. Highly recommend for anyone who still believes in taking care of what they wear.”

“I was greeted the second I walked in the door by a very friendly, smiling salesperson named Allison asking if she could help and pointing out that there was a 50% off Labor Day sale ongoing. Then at the register Wendy helped me check out and remembered me from my last visit. Talk about feeling welcomed You are lucky to have these professional women running your store. And not to forget Annie who also picked out some outfits for my friend’s newborn baby boy. “DSW does not get the recognition I feel that they deserve. I've been a DSW fan for years! This location at Gateway Plaza, I honestly have never shopped in person. I usually come to pick up an online order, try on and look over my new shoes, and leave with a huge smile on my face. See: like a kid in a candy store. :) The staff here are always courteous, greets me when I enter the store, and helpful if I have questions or need to place an online order. The store is clean and a nice sized location. Needless to say, I'll be back ...what girl doesn't love new shoes. Plus, I'm always earning rewards, which keeps me coming back. This being the cherry on top of all the sales!! See ya again soon DSW! :)”

“I went into Journeys And was immediately greeted by the team. Thankfully Kayanna came up to me and asked me if I needed any help finding anything specific. And was very urgent in going to get the shoes that I was hoping they had. When they didn't have the shoes in my size that I was looking for Eric offered to order them for me online and ship them my house for the same price I would pay in store. Amazing experience will definitely be back again, I loved al the options Kayanna brought out for me but ultimately came in for a specific style.”

“I’ve been shopping at this clothing chain for years and years, I say at least 30 years. They have them in quite a few locations. They have one Napa, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and I do believe Moraga. They have a wide variety of clothes for men and women and children, this is fascinating for a small chain. They actually have a teenager department for girls and two sections of the women’s department, one for the very mature woman. They even have a shoe section with a very good variety. Also Jewelry and purses. I forgot to mention on the woman’s side, they have undergarments and sportswear.
It truly is amazing the variety of clothing and other things they have in these stores. And the prices are decent. Don’t miss out is my suggestion.”
“Stopped by on my way out of the mall. Asked if they did repairs on work boots. He said yes and gave me a price which was less than a friend had his done elsewhere. New soles on both boots, stitching fixed on both boots and leather treatment all done while I waited and it didn’t take very long either”

“I ordered shoes online and selected pick up in store. When arriving, I presented my confirmation email barcode to the employee and ID card.She was very friendly and professional. While waiting for my shoes, I took a quick glance at the store. The presentation was sleek and clean.Once the employee was back, i got my shoes, and she wished me a good day. I asked her if I could try on my shoes first before leaving, and she was totally cool about it. The shoes fit perfectly! After I was done, I said bye and she wished me well again.I will definitely be back again. Awesome first experience with Shiekh :)”
