“I needed a special bolt thing for my vintage Corvette so I could attach a custom front plate and needed it quick (rather than purchasing online). This was my first time at Ace Hardware as I usually (and begrudgingly) shop at Lowe's, but was advised by a friend that I'd have better luck here. I appreciated the smaller, cozier feel and was even able to find the aisle with bolts myself - but one entire side of the aisle was drawers and drawers of a gazillion bolts and screws. I was able to find a staff member to help me pretty quickly, and he set about looking for a match. It took him about 10 minutes but he did find a match, and then apologized for taking so long. I was overjoyed and said you're amazing! No way would I have found that little piece of metal by myself. I paid my 3 bucks and went on my way. I will definitely turn to Ace Hardware first for all my weird little hardware needs!”
“Ace Hardware has a little bit of everything, and probably what you need. I needed, of all things, crutches- and preferably ones that would collapse to the smallest size possible for travel. This is an item I expected would be available from a pharmacy or medical goods supply store, or very large retailer, but they did not stock it. Ace had this product in high quality on the floor when I needed it. Thank you, Ace.”

“So I was going through this thing with the fridge I had kind of a nightmare and then we got a hold of these two ladies Lola at Frigidaire and Angela at home Depot and they want above and beyond to help me out see I have cancer and it's terminal in times have been hard so a friend of mine wrote this who worked with both of those people Tori so I'm going to paste it here I'm super glad I could help but the real MVP was the Frigidaire lady her mother passed from cancer 4 yrs ago and she was crying on the phone when we hung up bc she was going to do everything in her power to have a new fridge to Mac no matter if she had to drive it herself it seemed. So thank you Lola from Frigidaire and Angela from home Depot for staying on top of the emails to keep it all flowing so great once it started Angela have you see this and Lola thank you You took such a weight off my shoulders What amazing customer service when you talk to the right people thank you.”

“I preordered a new refrigerator. They called me the day before and told me my appointment was between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. They arrived about noon. One gentleman came in the house and unhooked the water supply from the old refrigerator. He went back out and assisted the other man in unloading and unpacking the new refrigerator. They moved it to the front door via hand truck. They then went in and with straps, carried the old refrigerator out of the house and took to truck. Then, using the straps, they picked up new refrigerator and carried it into the kitchen. They hooked up the water supply and plugged in refrigerator. They then installed the handles and gave me all the instructions to use my refrigerator properly. Then they finished loading the old refrigerator and left. Most painless delivery I have ever received. The delivery personal were perfect gentleman. Good Job, Lowe's!”

“Decent Home Depot in Rancho Mirage. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, unlike the store in La Quinta. They did not have what I needed in stock, but I was able to order it online and it will be shipped free to the store for pickup. What I wanted was a little niche so not a big deal.”
“Went in yesterday with a tiny scrap of paint chip in hopes they could figure out what color it was (walls at work, painted over 7 years ago) the woman at the counter, Reyna was fantastic. She helped several people at one time while giving great customer service to each of us. She offered me a couple different colors to try since the paint on my walls have been there with a lot of sunlight and unknown original color name. All staff I interacted with were great, but Reyna was by far the best customer service i have accoutned at any business in a whie!”
