“Wow what terrific customer service all around! I phoned first and got a prompt friendly answer to my questions right away from Steve and Josh. When I arrived to Ace, the cashier immediately greeted me and called Josh so that he could take me to the proper section of the store. Josh suggested a product that was even better for my needs. I was in and out quickly and efficiently. I also noticed how clean and well merchandised the store was. Thank you Ace team!”

“Had a great experience at Harbor Freight! The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Vanessa, the Assistant Manager, who provided exceptional customer service. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. You can really tell she takes pride in the store and cares about her customers. Overall, a great shopping experience and definitely a store I’ll be coming back to!”

“Such great service. James and Wyatt are 5 star. It might be worth paying a bit more than big box stores if you need help. BTW, They replace screens on site and they do an excellent job at a much lower cost than the window and screen companies. .”

“I get my dog and cats their food here. Employees are ALWAYS helpful & courteous. What Home Depot is to my home, Tractor Supply is to my pet's, 🏡 and apparel. I love it when they get their baby 🐥 and 🦆”

“We had two new doors installed and the whole process, from choosing the doors and the hardware, to scheduling installation and the installation itself, was perfect. Nathan and his partner (didn't get his name), were on time and worked efficiently. The doors were hung properly, which isn't easy, I understand. I love that the doors close gently, don't slam shut!”

“Google maps on an iPhone can't find the store. It is significantly south of Country Club. Android Google Maps does well. When it tells you to take the first right, it's into the parking lot.”

“Went in yesterday with a tiny scrap of paint chip in hopes they could figure out what color it was (walls at work, painted over 7 years ago) the woman at the counter, Reyna was fantastic. She helped several people at one time while giving great customer service to each of us. She offered me a couple different colors to try since the paint on my walls have been there with a lot of sunlight and unknown original color name. All staff I interacted with were great, but Reyna was by far the best customer service i have accoutned at any business in a whie!”

“Great customer service by Oscar and his colleagues. I stopped by late on a Friday afternoon with company coming and the CO2 tank on my kegerator out of gas. I forgot to take the old tank in with me, and Oscar was cool enough to let me take a full tank and bring back the old one (which I did today). Very good purchasing experience.”

“Great product very easy to install. We installed these for a older restaurant where the covers were missing but honestly they were so easy to install they could have done it themselves.”

“The help is usually great 👏. The store 🏬 is usually in good order. There is unfortunately a large amount of theft so, I think 🤔 they need better security. They really need to improve on answering the phone 📱 and keeping enough help to locate products. For the most part it's a great store. They have a nice Aussie guy in Garden who's really helpful. Stop 🛑him and ask for help if you need it. His name is Greg.”

“Xitaly helped me find a couple things in garden and in paint i really appeciate it i was in a rush and it was close to their closing time but she still took time from being what looked like she was busy to help. Overall ive had good experiences at this store but i do notice the older older employees arent as helpful as the younger ones. Sometimes the shelves products in the light bulb aisle can be confusing. But in general good bang for buck during sales at this location. And better atmosphere in general compared to the indio store”

“I'm a semi truck driver and I've read some of these reviews about being a truck driver and I will tell you most drivers overthink when it comes to backing easy location. And as far as appointments people come early or a day late and expect to take priority because they're there before they open stick to your appointment time and you don't have a problem”

“Camping near Joshua tree , came all the way down to Indio to try and find a hook up for my backpacking grill. Couldn't find one as it's a weird mix of propane and butane. No one had it or a adapter to use. But they tried there damm hardest and hooked me up with a charcoal grill and some charcoal to save the day. Angela and her friend joe saved the day. Didn't want us all to go hungry!”

“Decent Home Depot in Rancho Mirage. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, unlike the store in La Quinta. They did not have what I needed in stock, but I was able to order it online and it will be shipped free to the store for pickup. What I wanted was a little niche so not a big deal.”
