“I want to acknowledge Mr Paul Smith! I have dealt with him a quite a few times when visiting this location and each time it has been a great experience! He goes above beyond to make sure the customer is happy before leaving . I visited when it was close to closing time .. I'm sure he had things to do and was ready to go but if he did I sure couldn't tell. He stayed past the working hours to make sure I had everything I needed . Not once did he seem irritated or ready to go. He's just a overall good dude . You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers . Employees like this should be acknowledged. I can't see myself going to another credit union . I recommend anyone reading this Yelp to do business here .. if he gets a chance to see this I just want to say thank you again Paul ! Btw your Cowboys still suck lol”

“POLAM credit union is located in Los Angeles and serves the Polish American Community. Overall the credit union has amazing services offered and my overall experience I must say has been nothing short of amazing. This credit union has the best programs for Auto Lending and home loans. My most recent experience involved purchasing a vehicle and was offered horrible terms at the dealership. But when I reached out to POLAM they were able to finance me with favorable terms despite being self employed and having to use bank statements to prove income. I highly recommend POLAM for the best of deposit rates, auto loans, and the best of credit union banking experience! Thank you POLAM!”

Let me just say, this was one of the most pleasent and professional interactions I had at the bank in a very long time. Daniel was very courteous, attentive, approachble and didnt hesistate to answer any questions I had when asked about auto loans or any other questions I had for him. “Well, Vicky is a goddess. She pulled strings like no one else at year end to provide us with a very time sensitive auto loan check. Forgot to mention, we arrived with only 5 min before closing so she could have threw us out with no issue, but she didn't, she took the loan on herself and powered through a lengthy process in under 40 mins to get us the check. This was above and beyond the call, and for that we thank Vicky and the branch manager for taking care of their members. Reasons like this is why I stay with Partners Credit Union.”
“I had the occasion today to visit this branch as I did not care for the lack of courtesy that I got from my normal local Burbank branch. Straight away I was greeted with 23 ounces of respect and courtesy via a sincere how may I help you today? From this branch manager to his agents whom listened to my needs and took action to give me an update via a foreign collections matter. I left with a smile on my face knowing that they will follow through:) Easy to find parking, pleasant staff and again I was treated with a degree of courtesy which one would hope to get from their bank and where they've done business and or held an account for as long as Ive been working in the television and film industry. Looking back this same branch gave me my first loan way back when I was a runner for Epic and Vision Films in the 90s. Thus I have but good things to say and good thoughts to think of this branch and the sincere service they provide.”

“What a wonderful institution, I've been a loyal member for 6 years. What I love, personally, they treat members like intelligent beings, instead of numbers like banks. They never force services and to top it all off they offer the best rates on the market. I choose to support and invest in this credit union, because ethicacy of investment is as important as the act of spending...I never worry about the ethicacy of either with First Entertainment Credit Union...”

“I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!”
