After browsing around all the diamond stores in West Hollywood, the quality of the rings at Jean Dousset stood out the most. I scheduled an appointment and Alex let me try on a ton of different rings to find out which band and diamond I preferred. After deciding on an elongated cushion and the Elle setting, Alex ordered two diamonds for me to look at. They were both stunning, I picked my favorite, and it was sent off to be built.

I contacted Ben to let him know that I wanted to upgrade my 1.33 ct center diamond to a bigger one. He began helping me by sending me pictures of diamonds with size, grade, clarity, etc. He started searching for some that would meet the quality and price range we were looking for and we scheduled an appointment. We live about 4 hours away and made the drive. Ben and Kash took time to show us the diamonds and answered all my questions ( I had a lot lol). They were both super patient! I was unsure of which one to get but finally decided on one. Even when I had chosen the one I decided I wanted an upgrade in grade and clarity again. Kash and Ben were super accommodating in finding another diamond. They care about customer satisfaction and were the best to work with! This just shows how much they care about customers and will do what they can to ensure total customer satisfaction. We met again and I chose THE ONE. This one was amazing and I couldn't be happier :)!
Because we live 4 hours away, they were able to send me my diamond ring within a few days. The upgrade to a 2.75 ct was totally worth it!

“The most amazing service and very professional staff. Natali was helping me with a bracelet and was wonderful. I had an issue with the size so I took it to resize it. An employee at David Yurman Glendale wanted to charge me $120 to resize and said it would take 2 months. I was in shock because that’s not how the service is. So I took it to Natali on Rodeo Drive and her manager Steve was just amazing. He exchanged the bracelet with a brand new one and the size I wanted. He even gave me a special box to place it so it won’t get tangled. They both offered astounding services that are proper for the brand. The employees in the Glendale location need to be trained again because that is very poor service. So I highly recommend visiting the Beverly Hills location!”
