“Back in the days this gas stop was the only station open on highway 1 after hearst castle. So better gas up if youre taking this road to Monterey. You can still pump gas during closing hours but gas price is way higher. So dont be surprise if their price in this area is sky high. Scenic view in this area is beautiful during sunrise.”
“Well despite being a bit pricey.. brief stop is a must. Lovely gas station/market on the Pacific Coast HWY nr1. Very stylish, very American. Take a look from nearby magnificent lookouts, buy yourself senselessly large coffe or can of Dr Pepper and dont forget metal plate souvenier. After all it is your holiday :-)”
