“I have been with Arrowhead Credit Union in Crestline for about 28 years and have mostly had a positive experience. Even though they are going through an upgraded website application change that has had some issues, I give them 4 stars because in every new application, regardless of the institution, there is always a learning curve. The only issue I ever had with my money at this institution was with some bonds I bought from them and which I misplaced. They couldn't help me recover the bonds and that was a disappointment but other than that, I have been treated with the utmost care and respect.”

“Chase bank has offered great service an most of tellers are awsome at there job .line to tellers can get long sometimes but tellers sure are fast ♡Place inside is always clean an feels great with A/c on..The door entrance on the middle does not work for weelchair bound disable people you must pull two doors apart to enter an can be a hassel.Coffee an water is usually served but since pandemic there has not been any . Parking spaces have a very strog urine scent because of homeless on the area .”
“I dropped in to this branch with all types of request including a request for a strap of $2 dollar bills. There were 2 tellers on duty. They were fast and friendly. One of them was named Maria and the other one was not. One of them was the best ever!!! They were both great.I love this branch. The parking lot was clean and free of people loitering. Even the security guard was pleasant and wished me a great day as I walked out. Thank you for being wonderful ?”

“Came in on Saturday morning asked to be seen by someone to discuss some issues with my account, I was told there was about an hour in half wait.. but if a guest didn't show up after 10 min I would be next well the next guest showed up and I was told the manger Maribel was gonna see if she can help due to her being limited access.. she called took care my issue help me understand what had happened to my account.. 10/10 recommend this chase bank. “Went into branch to wire funds. I like they are very thorough with asking for more than just one form of ID. They were very patient with me with getting the wire information off their app on my phone. They wired the money and within an hour the receiving party confirmed they had the wire. Chase is a big bank and I'm not crazy about calling their 800 number. But the last time I called their 800 I got prompt service. I do like my chase Amazon credit card that gives me 5% off any Amazon purchases. I do know if I go into ANY branch of Chase that the people are very friendly and they will take care of my request. Thank you chase.”

“I beg to differ with those for whatever reasons had a or even some bad experiences in their dealings with B of A.I on the other hand remember on several occasions where people in different branches went beyond their obligations to me as a customer to help me simply because of the caring people they are.For instance I once had a bad reaction to a new medication and collapsed while waiting in a long banking line and not only did the branch manager run to my assistance; but also put me in his personal car and drove me home and stayed untill he finished talking to and fully recanting what had occurred while I was standing in line at his branch.His reactions were far above and beyond his duties and obligations and treated me with joy and concern when I returned to his branch another day.To me his actions were an act of kindness and concern for another human being but went far beyond his duties as branch manager and to this day I still thank and appreciate him and B of A for their great service over the years !”

“My friend from the San Francisco area said this was the best Thai cuisine she has had. It was excellent, tasty, well seasoned. The week days at the Lake are slow, so the service was fast and efficient. Weekends are crowded. Host and server were very friendly and professional. The meal arrived quickly. It was presented nicely and was hot. Sauces were served with the meal and were very good. I will definitely return.”
