One person I have had frequent contact with is a lady named “Mylene” She is always smiling, so helpful no matter what I ask she patiently helps me and always greets you with a smile and very nice conversation. We weren't sure what we needed & the two men there were very helpful, and suggested items we might need---tape, bubble wrap, and box size--as well as helping us figure out cost comparisons for different shipping. Everyone likes to complain, it seems, so it's nice to be able to give a good review for those who do their job, do it well, and act like they actually care. It was a really pleasant experience & everything arrived home in good condition.”

“Place is good. Just adding my two cents as someone who also sucks with directions. Lens crafters has moved so it also isn't the best route to navigate to. The map someone drew on here is helpful. The post office is across from the old (now in construction) foodcourt and to the left of Spencer's. If your parking in the Nordstrom parking lot dont walk to the entrance of Nordstrom go to the butt of it- you'll end up walking through a narrow walkway 👍 hope this helps”
