I contacted the shop to see about placing a large order for my wedding and despite the need for shipping and our timezone difference, it was a breeze and the staff was so helpful, encouraging and kind. They cared to keep my wedding date in mind and held my information to let me know when they had enough in stock for me, then made sure to fill the order well before the need-by date. My order arrived safe and beautifully packaged sooner than I had expected. The bouquet jewelry is high quality and even more lovely than I imagined and we're so excited to have these unique and stunning statement pieces as part of our displays. I love my items and I'm so grateful to the staff for facilitating my request with such care and attention. I had such a great experience shopping remotely, but I hope to be able to visit Française in person someday soon, too.”
“So i got a pair of Vans for Christmas and I absolutely loved them. The only problem was I had just bought myself the same style and color. I didn't want to hurt my daughters feelings by asking for the receipt to return them so I called and spoke to Kiko, who said I could exchange them so I went in and got the other color I wanted. They had excellent customer service by the way. A female helped me when I came in. I didn't catch her name but I will definitely go back there.”

The representatives here are very professional and communicate clearly. I was searching for a specific model of shoe and they were able to tell me whether or not they carried it almost instantaneously. This interaction took place August 12th 2025. I would definitely recommend Puma (and also this Puma store) to everybody due to the fact that the pair of shoes that I currently have (Reflect Lite Trail PTX) are of great quality and very comfortable. Finally the guy in front of us walked abt 6 feet over and asked the person who was diligently straightening the socks next to the cashier if she could come help the rest of us. “When I'm looking for Converse or Nike, I actually come to Rack Shoes first. Although both outlets are in Las Americas, it's here where there is more variety and less discombobulation of shoppers. If Ross and DSW married then Rack Shoes would be their first cousin who wants to the Joneses but not quite.Nonetheless the prices are competitive or lower. This is a huge store of women's, men's, children shoes, socks, and backpacks etc. all trendy styles. I also find nice summer sandals that are cute with suede soles. Heck, I've even purchased knee hi winter boots here. You could likely also find Timbo's here. Now if I'm looking for sexy sandals this is not my go-to.You cannot beat that everyday is a special. BOGO free or half priced. This store is great for tourists who left something at home and need to purchase fairly reasonable goods or multi-member families or even those who want to have a large selection of sneakers. Heck as a parent with kiddos, who prefer name brand, your Benjamin's can go far. On the day I was here there was a new pay system. Either cash or tap pay.
