“I purchased the Cascade dresser from the outlet, but I was never informed that the pickup dock closed at 6:00 p.m. on the day of my purchase. Because of this, I had to make another trip the following day, driving over an hour each way, to pick up the furniture. Since the outlet requires purchased furniture to be picked up within 24 hours, I also had to leave work early to meet the deadline.
In addition, our salesperson placed a “SOLD” sign on the top of the dresser using tape. When we removed the tape after getting the dresser home, it pulled off the finish from the top of the furniture, leaving it damaged. While I understand that outlet furniture is sold as-is, this damage was caused after the item was marked sold and was not part of the condition I agreed to purchase. I am very disappointed with the piece.
I do want to mention that the outlet manager was very polite and professional regarding the damage and gave an additional discount but I’m not happy with my chest drawer missing the finish. This whole process was not as expected.”

She greeted me warmly, was incredibly friendly, and made the whole trip to the store worth it. Her kindness even inspired me to donate to St.Jude today. Amazing customer service!”

“We went in not expecting to buy a mattress but curious about what they had to offer and ended up being waited on by Sharon, who was a remarkable salesperson. She didn't really sell us on anything but she showed us exactly what we were looking for and put it together and we got everything squared away and purchased and the mattress delivered to our home. It was really a nice experience. I would highly recommend Sit-n-Sleep and especially Sharon since she was really helpful and knowledgeable and was not a high-pressure salesperson”

“always find good things which are reasonably priced but this particular location in brea wasn't allowing their customers to use their bathroom which is a huge inconvenience! I didn't have the chance to talk to their manager but hopefully this review will reach management asap as you will lose potential customers since Ross and Walmart are right next to your store and people might choose to go there instead.”

“Marilyn was very patient and helpful. I had visited the store to purchase light bulbs, then noticed there was a huge sale going on. A 3-drawer accent chest caught my eye but I was not sure if it would match my decor. I went back the following week to purchase two 3-light tree torchiere floor lamps to supplement the floor lamps that I had purchased from Lamps Plus over the years.”
