“I didn’t know I would write a review for USPS. Everybody was so nice and thoughtful. I walked in for a passport. Made a few mistakes, but was in and out within 5 minutes. Even took passport photo and staff made sure I like the picture. My nearest USPS has a bad reputation. I’m so glad I drove extra to this location. Thank you everybody who helped me out!”
“The best post office, because Cindy and the other ladies are always friendly. Majority of the time I get the clerk Cindy who is always nice about scanning my packages. I always get a receipt and she’s never refused me unlike the workers at the post office on Elliot street. They’re extremely pushy about leaving your packages in a bin. It’s too risky not having them scanned in and getting confirmation. Anyway, Cindy is great and so is this post office!”

“Nancy is the individual who helped me with my daughters' and my passport applications. She is extremely helpful. I've asked questions, repeated questions, and even asked for clarification multiple times. “I had a great experience at this post office near my work place. I thought there would be a long line being April 15th today. But not at all. The woman who helped me wore a pair of glasses was super nice and pleasant, and very efficient, without an attitude at all. It's very easy to communicate with her. “I am a huge advocate for the USPS, especially now since younger people don't understand the difference between the USPS and UPS. The people who work here are nice and know me as a regular. And they usually have the newest books of stamps on offer so I always get mine there.”
“Recently went to GG post office to renew my passport, made an appointment 1 week prior, Nannete the office postmaster was very helpful in processing my docs in a timely manner. It got really busy only because people don't fill out their applications correctly and that delays other people's appointment. Nannete tries to help people in the office as much as possible and answers questions. She's awsome!
I reccomend people make an appointment and fill out their docs before the appointment.”

For example, when I ship international packages, they’ll double-check the size and weight to see if there’s a more affordable shipping option, and they even recommend the most suitable packaging materials — incredibly thoughtful.
Even during busy hours, the lines move quickly. The team handles the crowd in an organized and respectful way, so you never feel rushed or ignored.
One thing that impressed me the most was how professionally they handle issues. Once, my package had a tracking delay. The clerk took the time to investigate, file a report, and reassured me that everything would be fine — and sure enough, the package arrived safely just a few days later.
The post office itself is clean and well-organized. Information is clearly posted, forms and pens are easy to find, and everything seems to be well-managed.

“I went to the Stanton Post Office today for my passport application and had a great experience. I had everything ready—my application was already printed. However, the passport clerk noticed a small error that we had missed.
She was incredibly helpful and allowed me to correct the mistake on the spot. I filled out a new application, and even with the delay, she still took me in during my scheduled appointment time.
I really appreciated her attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. This kind of service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for passport services!”
“Just left this post office. Way different from wtf Im used to. Because the parking lot is shared with quite a few businesses in this shopping complex (Santa Fe Plaza). So there is always somewhere to park. When you enter the post office, its like a ghost town. Because it was empty af. Only one person was ahead of me. Hilda was my cashier. She was cool. No problems. Besides Southgate location, this is the only other post office that got a 4 star rating from me.”

Orange Circle ⭕ @ cross-streets of Lemon & 308 Chapman Ave in Orange, Ca.Across from Omega Burger & Snooze A.M.Once the main ? ? hub for this part of OC. Fortunately the architecture & layout has mainly stayed the same. Has full service USPS including P.O. Boxes. Usually NOT crowded & has ample parking.
