“Best protection plan ever. They actually have someone to talk to rather than a bot and send hard working people to fix that explain everything. Took a frustrating experience and handled it professionally and efficiently”

“Neil of Bay Area Computer Repair is the best! My screen on my laptop was damaged beyond repair and he was able to source me a new laptop that was resonably priced, and then reinstalled all my files and data onto to the new laptop. All in a timely manner. No trips to Best Buy, Costco or other box stores where they try to sell you something that you probably don't need. He's honest, efficient and friendly. I would recommend his services to anyone needing computer repair and trouble shooting.”

“Khan was excellent. He was fast, responsive, and very respectful throughout the entire process. He clearly knows his craft and explained everything confidently. He repaired the back glass on my iPhone 14 Pro in about 30 minutes, and the price was very fair. The phone looks brand new again. Highly recommend Khan if you’re looking for quality phone repairs done quickly and professionally.”

“I was at the Apple Store in union square to get a repair that unfortunately costs an arm and a leg. What’s crazy is that the technician recommended me just to come to iPhone Repair FiDi which is about a couple blocks away for the repair. I’m glad I was recommended to come here. Smooth, seamless experience. Plus the technician was very helpful and nice 👍”

“I received excellent service from Evan of Mobile Fix today, May 18, 2026. I upgraded my ancient iPhone to a 13 mini (I wanted the small size) and brought him the “factory sealed, new in box” one I had purchased on eBay which was the only place I found that was selling new phones. It wouldn’t charge so I returned it and bought a “renewed” one from Amazon. He did the data transfer efficiently, including calling my network provider and transacting that part. He is polite and pleasant to work with. His rates are reasonable. I will use his services again.”

“Elbert is the real deal! Very professional, diligent and timely. He was really responsive when I reached out to him, looking for a new phone. He helped me order a great model that fit my needs and he delivered it to my door, while transferring data from my old phone to the new one. I would recommend him to anyone, to my mother, and even to my in-laws. Props to Elbert!”

“Excellent service. Soula deserves credit for her skill and ability to meet deadlines. I brought in a very niche rugged phone, but Soula was able to replace the screen, all within the agreed time (less, I was late to give her the replacement screen). I was on the bench on the rate, but if there was a cheaper place, I would still pick this location for their quality work and customer service.”

“Teddy was great!! I have a Sansung S10 and needed a new battery. No one else could help, claiming that they could not get a battery. Not Teddy. He said he would have to order it. I met with him on the 6th of August and he had my new battery by the 10th, he let me know it would take an hour to replace the battery. I said I would wait, would bring a book. I went in on the 11th and read my book in the chair in the lobby, relaxing in the chair. And, it took only 45 min!! The location is a bit difficult to find, but it was worth the drive from Belmont and time it took to find the location. I am very pleased with the customer service and Teddy. [Easiest way to find him is take Sneath off of El Camino.]”

“My camera broke unexpectedly while my friend was visiting, and it was really important to me to get it working again. Unfortunately, it was already past 8 pm and all the usual tech stores were closed, so we were running out of options. Thankfully, we found this place as a last resort and I’m so glad we did. The man who helped us was incredibly kind and went out of his way to fix the issue, even though he later mentioned that he actually dislikes working on cameras. Despite that, he still took the time to help us, and we were able to pick it up an hour later. I’m so grateful for his help and the effort he put in. It made a stressful situation so much easier, and I really appreciate the kindness and dedication.”

“Excellent service of my printers. Fast and reliable service. From top to bottom I can recommend this company. When i presented my specific needs for a copier (in this case 12 x 18 duplex support) they listened and suggested a printer. When it came to delivery the technician was friendly and arrived on time. When I needed a little bit of extra help they were able to assist me as well. +10”

“I felt compelled to write a few lines and thank you for the great service that you provide. A few days ago, my HP 4M broke down with a 50 Service error message. I had no idea what that meant other than big bucks to repair my printer or buying another one altogether. I contemplated my options for a couple of days, then decided to see what info I could find about the problem on the web. I did a quick search, and TriStar Copiers came up. Your explanation of the problem was sooooooooooooooo concise and clear, that I decided that I was going to give you guys a try.The technician that came was very knowledgeable and the services provided was exceptional. The way I see it, TriStar Copiers have saved me at least four or five hours of time searching for a reasonable repair service and taking my printer to their shop. I am sure that,I would have had to pay a lot of money to get the printer working again.TriStar Copiers diagnosed the problem for me and the printer was fixed in no time.TriStar Copiers are AWESOME!Thank you, thank you, thank you.Regards,Frank”
