“I highly recommend everyone visit this Cricket Wireless store for your phone service or any other wireless needs. The owner is honest, trustworthy, and incredibly patient. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure all of your questions are answered. Any issues are usually resolved the same day. Most importantly, you never have to worry about being overcharged or pressured into buying things you don’t need, unlike some other stores. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this place!”
“I replaced a keyboard here way before on a Lenovo notebook, and they did a great job. Recently I had a very expensive gaming laptop (Zephyrus Duo 16) randomly died on me, no charge and no power. I went to a lot of repair place nearby to fix, none of them was able to to the job, then I came back to these guys and now I'm writing this review on my recovered Zephyrus Duo 16 laptop. These guys are my go-to-repair place and any advice on tech. 5 Stars 💯”

I left an order unopened for 7 months. Upon opening, I realized there was an issue. A simple email to their customer service explaining the situation and they responded within one business day with a resolution. No fuss. No long hold times. No arguing. No back and forth. Just resolution :)

“When we planned our major house remodel in 2013, I wasn't just looking for a company to install a home AV & automation system. I was looking for a partnership to be with us long term to support our systems (literally keep the lights on) and to help us with technology upgrades to stay current. I could not be happier with the partnership I've built with the folks at Hermary's, from the sales team, technical support team and the installation team. During our remodel, they worked with us and then closely with our architect and general contractor to ensure plans were integrated and the teams worked together to get the infrastructure installed to support our systems (whole-house audio/video over HDBaseT managed by Control4 along with a highly secure wired and wireless network setup). The system has been working almost 10 years now and I've always had great service, speedy response, and have been through a few technology upgrade cycles that were expertly handled. Everyone I've worked with at Hermary's has been courteous, professional, and are great at communicating the big changes and the break-fix issues all the way through the process. After 10 years of working together, I am confident I found the long-term partnership I was looking for. Thank you Hermary's Team!”

Went to the store yesterday to trade in my mom’s iPad and buy a new one, and was disappointed to see that the trade-in value dropped by $50 since we checked two weeks ago. Shane called his manager George over, explained the situation, and asked if Best Buy could honor the previous trade-in value. While they couldn’t do that, George offered us something better — we could keep our iPad as a backup device (esp since the trade in value is so low), and he gave us a store credit to help bring down the cost of our new one!
Needless to say, my mom is very happy with her belated Mother’s Day gift hahah”

“I come here time to time, usually when I am in the area where I need a quick bite or I usually stop by during my lunch break when I work in the area for some snacks. This location tends to open late which is a good benefit for the area since only fast food places are within the area that opens late. They have many many things to choose from, such as chips, candy, cookies, hot food items, cold beverages, fountain drinks, alcohol, cigarettes, healthy items, a deli section and much more to choose from. The staffs here are well trained, professional and understanding where I have never encountered a issue during any on my visits. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a quick bite just like me, if you are in the area late night to check them out, or to anyone looking for a place with good snacks. I definitely will be back again in the near future!”
