“I visited this place during a weekday before lunchtime. I found parking easily and it was free. I was here to ship an Amazon return. I had a QR code and Charlie printed out the labels for my two returns.
One thing that I appreciate about Charlie is that they acknowledged me as I came in and let me know that they would be with me in a few moments. I did notice that they were finishing up an another task, but it’s always nice just to hear the communication from the staff member.
Charlie helped my experience go by quick and easy and provided a receipt for me for my reference.”
“I've definitely had bad experiences at post offices: long lines, rude/impatient staff, random fees etc. This time was a lot different. I was trying to intercept a package before it was returned to sender for insufficient address(my fault). Raymundo was able to identify that the package was moved to a facility nearby to be sent back and he made a call for me. He found someone who was able to connect me with my package and was overall super helpful. Shoutout to my guy for the excellent work.”

Shruti is the manager, together she has a group of staff who are very nice. The place is busy as there are many people coming in and out having mailing service. I am a part-time artist and need to scan my painting from time to time. And the staff is always there to help me resolve issues, and help me get the right paper and right settings. The office is conveniently located and has been my favorite UPS store to go to.”

“Note: the review below is for the service 2 years ago. Shipment experience has changed since Covid.I'll share my experience with this carrier. The location is a bit tricky to find, but the lady who helped me was very friendly. I wanted to ship some dietary supplements. She let me know that if I ship 5-10 bottles or more, the custom of China may charge tax. It's normal and applies to all carriers. She showed me the instructions and notices for customers, printed and hanged on the wall. I noticed an item saying "If the shipment values more than 2500CNY, the China custom will charge tax." Btw, 2500CNY is about 360USD. I discussed with her and we decided to ship just one bottle to test it out. The result is satisfying: my shipment arrived within one week, and the shipment cost is about 20% of UPS/Fedex/DHL. In addition, the destination of my shipment is a small city in China that major US carriers like UPS don't even cover.It looks like the previous bad review are mostly about communication issues when packages are delayed, when custom charges tax, etc. I'd suggest shipping a small amount of items that cost less than $300.”

For every service, the staff are professional, kind, and expedient. They often go the extra step to provide excellent service. The communication on emailed projects is clear and effective. Sometimes it is busy, but the staff works hard to take care of everyone. It makes me happy to do business there.”
