“This small and almost unnoticeable UPS store in Burlingame, CA has the best service of any UPS store location. The staff are friendly while very professional and helpful to customers. They were patient even in my return mix ups. I highly recommended them and their store.”

“Sometimes we need the service to be quick but there is a big line because people is taking pictures for their passport, and for each customer that is taking pictures is about 10-15 mins wait, that makes the line bigger enough to leave and find another store, other than that the store staff is very nice”

“For anyone looking to return their orders thru UPS, this is an authorized shipping outlet (not an official UPS store. So they don’t take your return unless you have a printed return label.
For my case I only have a QR code from happy returns, so I wasn’t able to return my order here.”
“First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”

Yes it can get a little busy at peak times during the week when people have stuff to ship out or return but the staff always works through it quickly. I'm really shocked by all the horrible reviews for this place because Johan and the previous manager Paul really took care of all my shipping needs, especially for important documents and invaluable items. They have helped me ship items across the globe and they have all safely arrived at their destinations, unharmed, all in one piece. Yes, the UPS Store and UPS shipping is more expensive than other shipping options, but I do feel you are paying for premium service and quality, as well as a guarantee. I just made a really big move and Johan and his team made sure I got every single box within a week. Given the distance I moved, I was really shocked at the pristine condition of my belongings once they arrived and also with how fast the shipping was! Thank you for all of your help and for staying overtime with my friends and I when we were manically shipping 10+ boxes that one night!! I'll never forget the great service you provided that helped with making at least part of my big move stress-free.”

On that note, I have seen more and more rude customers come in there impatient, they don’t have their QR code for their Amazon return ready or can’t find it, and they have the nerve to get angry at the people who are working behind the counter”
