“I called inquiring about a copper fitting. The attendant on phone actually asked to be placed on hold to make sure it was in stock. It was confirmed. Though driving to there, I haven't visited the area post burnt surroundings. Of course I saw the news outlet pictures, but seeing the aftermath just broke my heart. “John and IDN were recommended by a neighbor who had just changed their floor. John was so helpful in the process and getting us the right product (SPC) for our entire first floor. We were having scheduling problems with our kitchen remodel (separate company) and John worked around the issues they raised to install the floor to allow the remodel to go forward. John's expertise was greatly appreciated. In addition, the install crew who put in the floor were as professional and meticulous as you could be. We had levelness problems with the slab and other issues, all of which were solved by the crew. We have had a lot of work done to our various houses over the years, but John and his crew were the best of the best. The floor looks absolutely amazing and we could not be happier.”

Today was not how I planned to spend my Saturday. Sometimes you take that corner a little faster than you thought and when you arrive to dispose of 20 gallons of paint, one of those gallons decides to go for a trip of its own. And a fall. And end up all over the rear end of your vehicle.
This didn’t seem to pose an issue to them, they promptly jumped to helping me with the mess, allowing me to take my time cleaning up.

The store person there took the time to analyze my requirements and helped me locate the correct size adapter to connect my sink to my portable washer. “Huge selection of furnace filters here. Ours is a non-standard size and I've never seen it at the big box stores, much less the mom and pop shops. Tried ordering off Amazon before, but the filters show up kinda mangled. Some of their inventory requires a contractor's license, so you may wanna call ahead.”
“Awesome customer service! I needed to find a single hard-to-find Japanese screw to fix something. Even though it seemed to me that Newco was primarily a wholesaler, I took the chance of showing up at their office/warehouse because my local hardware store didn't have a clue. The patient and nice guys at Newco took 15 minutes out of their time to look for my single screw and they found it! Amazing! The guy said they were in the business to solve problems. Total satisfaction.”
