“I just moved in to this Avalon community a few months ago after searching and comparing almost all apartment complexes in Camarillo. It has the perfect combination of everything one would want as far as 'livability'. The neighbors are friendly, outgoing and quiet for a large well kept complex.
The staff is wonderful. One In particular is Jared. He assisted me through the application process easily. A very personable fellow, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable with just about every aspect of the community. Is usually available in the office when not walking around making sure all is good here. And he actually returns your emails and phone messages! In the same day!”

“I’ve lived here so far for just over three years, I tell you when the new management has taken over these past few months has been so amazing and so great. The level of patience, communication and compromise that this establishment has, is just so nice to see. First things I noticed was the immediate cleanup and care of the environment we have here. Cleaning up and clearing the agriculture, cleaning and refurbishing the pools , reconstructing patios and windows that were long overdue from the previous management. Everyone in the office who I have spoken to is just so sweet and helpful: Benjamin, Andrew, Shawn, Erica, Laura, Jaqui as well. Everyone has been so helpful and amazing I can’t thank them enough. I will still be here for a year or less and can’t wait to create memories. Halloween is coming!!”
“Very nice, well-kept facility. The facility is a bit older, but the staff maintains it well. The grounds are maintained every Friday and always pristine. The staff Lisa and Milo are very kind & helpful - always willing to help fix anything that is needed.
Camarillo is a beautiful/peaceful/slow town”

“I currently live here. I moved in a few weeks ago. The move in process was easy and.the property management team was great. We had to put in a work order for a leak and it was handle with a day. The maintenance person that came to the house was also great. I've seen so many bad reviews about the apartments themselves, the staff or the area but my experience has been completely different. I moved here from the mountains where it is dark and quiet every single night. I just knew moving here back to the city, right next to a shopping center was going to be awful. But I really liked the location and the apartment so I did it anyway. I was wrong. There doesn't seem to be any issues at night except for a loud motorcycle once in a while. The other tenants are great. Even my dog likes it here. This washer/dryer combo in not great but there in a laundromat 200ft away and a laundry room about 100ft away.”

“Only place that does not have dog breed restrictions - I appreciate them for this! Place is very clean, updated counters, quick to repair a screen door, and the grounds are nice. I am very satisfied.”

“I absolutely love Amli. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived. Any issue I’ve ever had from maintenance to sound issues has been resolved. I love the ammenities and the area. I feel like I’m in a quiet little oasis. It’s beautiful and I would love to upgrade to a bigger size apartment and make this my forever home with my partner.
We’ve used every single amenity: the puppy wash, dog park, coffee bar, pool, gym and study/office room. I love how I can work from home and keep a healthy lifestyle and get sun. The fire pits and bbq stations are also great. We’ve seen lots of families have birthday parties. For the price and quality I don’t think there’s a better luxury apartment.”
