“I had an unexpected need for a rental car on a holiday week after ours broke down. I reserved a car with Enterprise to pick up before their closing time at 2pm on Saturday, June 29th, there were about 12 people waiting in the lobby to return or pickup there car. Lauren and Yesina were the only two working. They were running back and forth from the office to quickly check people in, collect returned cars, and help people with new reservations picking out cars, some times showing them multiple cars. They worked efficiently to check new people in while running to and from the car lot. Everyone was seen in the order they arrived and there was no issues with anyone waiting. I appreciated their hustle so that we were not all waiting very long. Exceptional customer service.”
“This individual office was wonderful. Went on a Saturday and there was only 1 worker there and he was very efficient in helping the 10+ people that were there. Kudos to him, I think his name was Paul? Red hair.. he deserves a raise. Drop off was easy as well.
My only gripe was when we called to reserve, the enterprise agent we talked to promised us a mini van and a Tahoe to pick from, when we got there neither vehicle was available. Whichever call center the phone calls get routed to should check inventories first before telling customers they have things available!”
“I have rented from here several times now and I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service and the vehicles. The staff go out of their way take care of you. Caleb has been particularly helpful!
My returns have been spot on with no extra charges.
You will usually get a car where the fuel is not full, but that’s OK. You return it about the same level. I have usually returned it with an extra quarter of a half tank because it’s hard estimate how much gas youre gonna use.
I’ve rented two pick up trucks from here and both have been in excellent condition. No issues at all driving them.
They also price competitive with other rental locations and this one happens to be near my house so it’s a quick walk to pick up my rental vehicle.”
“I had such a great experience at Avis in Oceanside. Jacob and Javier were so easy to work with and I only spent a few minutes organizing the car and payments in the store after booking online. I loved my Nissan Altima, it got the best gas mileage and had so much room for my kids inside. My rental was also half the price of the rental the local Toyota dealership quoted me. Highly recommend!”
“It’s been a pleasure renting from Enterprise — the staff has been great. The only issue I experienced was with the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Twice while driving on the freeway, the car suddenly stopped accelerating despite me pressing the gas pedal. I had to pull over to a safe spot and restart the vehicle both times. This was definitely a safety concern. The five stars go to the staff not the car.”

“After reading the horrible reviews I was going to head back to Enterprise Oceanside and pay an extra $400 because i had to be sure there were no issues on our road trip. However Priceline.com gave me a deal and I was directed back to Avis in Vista...so I gave it a shot. Just gave them back the Full size Ford Explorer XLT AWD that gave us Zero issues. We took a road trip from Oceanside CA to Austin TX and had 0 issues. We even went to the Avis in TX to extend the rental for one more day, 0 issues. Dennis helped me and his goal was to get us in and out, he did that. He's not very customer service-y but i dont really care about that! Short and to the point works sometimes! I will be renting again in the future! Just goes to show not all reviews should be listened to.”

“I was a bit hesitant to rent based on some of the previous reviews, but I had a positive experience. We booked using priceline and selected the managers choice option which was a bit cheaper. We ended up with a mid size Hyundai which was clean and well equipped. Check in was quick and the employee was friendly and helpful.”
