Great company that stands by their customers and products. They make a quality sound machine. Genuinely excellent customer service and professionalism - which is hard to come by these days for consumer devices.

I own 4 of these sound machines. Best i have ever had. One of the cords broke, (my fault) and i called them and they replaced it free of charge!!! Great customer service. My family cant sleep without these machines!!!

I contacted the Company about a concern with a LectroFan I have owned for many, many years. I have never seen a company that stands behind their products like this one does. Their Customer Services is Amazing!
