“you know someone knows what they're doing when you call them with a vague description of a product that you need to repair, and they say back to you the exact model number before you have time to check for the model number. I haven't gone here for the repair yet, but that interaction alone tells me this place KNOWS what they're doing”
“I just left, 6/2/25, I needed help switching over from cricket (terrible service) back to Metro. I asked a young lady named Avi does she know how to switch (first lady didnt) she looked at me like, really? But she remained professional and took the time to break down all phones available to me and the difference in the plans. I actually fell in love with her. I have to go get my second phone included in my plan, but I had to brag about (Avi's) amazing customer service before I leave.”

“Thank you for the truly amazing experience. I feel so fortunate to have met the owners. They welcomed me in on their day off and aided me with my defective cassette player. Not only did they help me untangle the tape that was stuck in it, they also told me exactly what was wrong with the player and allowed me to listen to music in their shop. It was a truly great experience that was bolstered by very knowledgeable, caring people. You can tell at the forefront of their heart is music, which is exactly what you would want in a shop specializing in such a service. This service was done free of charge, so I will be sure to spread the good word of music!”

“It was 7 Eleven Day a couple of days ago. We walked in and got our free slurpees. This is our second year doing this. Last year, we walked into a different 7 Eleven that ran out of slurpees. It was messy and dirty. This year, we came to the Winchester location instead. All of the slurpees were stocked. The counters were clean and not sticky. The two employees seemed happy and cheerful. They acknowledged us going into the store and going out. I'm not crazy about the parking lot though. Cars don't look as they try to speed through this tiny little lot. I certainly will come back again.”
