I did my homework researching about the issue and opening the speaker to access the board.The guy helping me out was quick to take my inputs and was able to rootcause in under 5 mins, and fix the diode in under 10 mins. Charged were reasonable.”

“Nick is a craftsman in his trade. Yes, he's busy. Yes, there's a backlog on repairs. Yes, it takes longer for the repair to be carried out. These delays are because he meticulously cares and services each piece of equipment he works on. Like any "craftsman" he cares about the end product. This type of service is not bound to quick turn-arounds and shortcuts. Nick salvaged a vintage Pioneer 70's era Pioneer receiver for me. When I picked it up, it was operating better then before the damage that needed to be repaired. He also provided valuable advice on how to operate the equipment so it has a longer lifespan. Also note. Nick is one of a few individuals authorized to work on Accuphase equipment in the U.S. That says a lot in my book...”

“It’s rare you go out of your way to purchase from brick and mortar vs online these days - but that’s one of the many draws of SJ Camera. It’s worth the effort. Their staff is knowledgeable beyond belief - especially helpful when making an investment in camera equipment. Large selection of the latest and greatest that you can hold and play with in their store. The fact they’ve been here for 35+ years is testament to the efficiency of this establishment. Sure, some of their staff can come off as camera snobs sometimes, but that’s why I go there - you’re buying from experts who aren’t trying to upsell you on things you don’t need (quite the contrary). “I purchased their Ultralight 10" DSLR iPad prompter recently. The product itself was better than expected. Very solidly built. Easy setup, and worked like a champ. Needed it for a last minute shoot and was scrambling to get it in time. Their customer service was great in making sure everything was taken care of with shipping. I've used it with my Nikon DSLR, as well as with a Panny AF100. Worked perfectly with both.”

“Juan at Metro by T-Mobile on Bascom was the most helpful guy that I ever talk to at Metro by T-Mobile. He got my phone working in 10 minutes what other four customer service over the course of at least 5 hours could not do.The original guy that sold me a a brand new replacement phone he tried for 2 hours to get the phone running but he just couldn't get it working on my new phone.Then he told me to go home and the phone would be working in 1 hour but nothing happened.The next day I come back he spend another hour with customer service and still nothing change my phone was still not working.Then the third day I stay on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours and they concluded that they need their Engineers to look into it and fix the problem which was going to take anywhere between 4:00 to 5 days.I finally came to the store that afternoon to return my device and who want to cover in 10 minutes he made it work and I didn't have to return my brand new phone.On top of that he went above and beyond and help me transfer all my data from my old phone to the new phone something that other coworker of his said it's impossible to do.Thank you Juan you are the best we need more of you working at Metro by T-Mobile.”

“Hector, thank you for taking the time yesterday (10/8/23) to help me with an ongoing month long issue that customer service reps via phone and chat weren’t able to figure out… And to the young man who told me the managers name was April and hung up on me just a few minutes ago because he thought I had attitude & was calling to complain shame on you. Not sure how you’re employed treating customers like that. Hopefully the calls are recorded cause that wasn’t cool - you’re hella moded, I was only calling to give props to Hector props- Thanks again Hector!!!”

“It was 7 Eleven Day a couple of days ago. We walked in and got our free slurpees. This is our second year doing this. Last year, we walked into a different 7 Eleven that ran out of slurpees. It was messy and dirty. This year, we came to the Winchester location instead. All of the slurpees were stocked. The counters were clean and not sticky. The two employees seemed happy and cheerful. They acknowledged us going into the store and going out. I'm not crazy about the parking lot though. Cars don't look as they try to speed through this tiny little lot. I certainly will come back again.”
