“My recent visit to the local branch located at 3556 La Rambla Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95051 in April, 2024 was a pleasant experience for me, being there for the first time.The person, who assisted me, was Alex Montiel. He and his manager were professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful, while opening the new CDs for me.In comparison, I also visited another traditional banking institution, and their customer service was really lousy because the lady kept rushing everything to get things done on my accounts with them. I told her what she did was not very professional on the job, leaving a negative image in client's memory. “It's a credit union and they are member supported. Usually there are not too many people in there so the service is fairly quick. I think that it because many people are used to going to banks, but you usually get some perks from banking with credit unions. They are rather friendly there so if you are looking for a bank, try a credit union, CEFCU.”

But I have waited until today (Nov 2023) to share my review: Majdi Mardini at the Campbell branch was superb! “I have been experienced a very positive experience recently at patelco at cherry ave. I have been other banks for 5yrs but make it so hard to get car or personal loan. I was looking car loan for financing, I met Kristen Reyes,she have been So supportive, with a great postive energy and expert on her job from the start of fill out my applications until getting approved and throughout the process of having free checking and saving accounts. Also she gave me more helpful resources and information as a result I can able to open free checking account which I never had an idea of the existence of free checking and saving accounts. The service in patelco is super fast service. They processed my car loan application and personal loan in few hrs.the agents over the phone, email, text and in-person, they are super fast to respond, very professional best problem solver to issues. “With fraud being at an all time high I've had to replace my card twice within 6wks. Their CS departments during business hours and post are consistently patient, polite, and chill. It's a different vibe in comparison to commercial banks. At all costs I try to avoid having to go inside banks but when I must.. Star One makes the chore an easy one.”

The customer service with all the staff was amazing and friendly. I am so happy I bank at Patelco and even happier that this location is close by.
