“I went in with three watches that needed to be sized along with a few minor repairs.
The gentleman who runs Watchcare is a kind and soft-spoken pro who had all three watches done in an hour for an unbeatable price. There were folks waiting in the lobby so he seemed busy but still was able to manage that turn-around.
Watches look/fit better than ever. He was even able to repair a fussy clasp I had been told could not be fixed.
I never write reviews, but this was customer service at its most satisfying.

“It was quite a story.I have purchased antique gold watch.On a Christmas Eve when I was giving gifts to my teenage children my son had a quiet strange confession to make.He said Mom I stole your watch.Not only I could not believe my ears but I felt I can't trust my child.He said you bought it and it had a broken glass so I brought it to repair shop because I will repair it and sell it so I buy myself a car.
Well after some conversations I went to Doman and my watch was there repaired and SAFE .I have watch and fob in my possession after a great repair.Owner told me it is a beautiful watch and to keep it.

“With the world turning to smartwatches, rarely do I find a chance to wear a very sentimental mechanical watch given to me as a gift 2-3 years ago. In fact, I had only worn it once & completely forgotten about it; wearing smart watches most frequently.
While cleaning up my home in time to welcome Christmas & the New Year, I found it again; but it stopped working. Since I rarely used it, I knew the battery had died. A quick Yelp permitted potential suitors to message me directly through Yelps's PROJECTS capability, some have done so. But, Tic Toc Jewelers & Watch owner TAN came across as the most sincere & honest, so I decided to take it to them!
FYI: if you were like me, Google or Yelp, could take you to Tic Toc Watch Repairs in Santa Clara, the owner was kinda of rude, but then again he's probably sick & tired of people like me thinking they're going to Toc Toc Jewelers & Watches, which is on Cherry Avenue in South San Jose.
Despite the extra 10-15 miles, I decided to drive from Santa Clara (I live in Sunnyvale), but it was well worth it. Please make sure, you enable your GPS system, as it's tucked inside a very tiny plaza, very easily driving right by it.
Once inside the shop, I asked for Tan - much younger than I was expecting; as watch repairs have become a lost art, especially in the smartwatch ages.
I handed over my Torgoen T10, and he quickly & expertly took care of it within 10 minutes. More amazingly, after the batter replacement, he went out of his way to clean & shine my watch, it's not been worn for a couple of years, and dust had collected on the watch. And all this at a very reasonable price point, 40-60% off what others had quoted me via Yelp.
In general, we should support local businesses, especially one like Tic Toc Jewelers & Watch. Whenever you find yourself needing services on your jewelries, Clocks, watches, and more, please take the extra drive to see TAN, he will make it worth your while. These days where everything seems cheaper just to buy another one, which is why I asked for a quote, but some items ate sentimental in nature, it's time like this Tic Toc Jewelers & Watch can make a real difference!”
