“Incredible Live Scan experience! Fast, easy, and highly professional. DJ helped me out right away and was very thorough with the whole experience, asking me all the appropriate questions and making sure everything went through and was complete. “Was trying to ship home a fly fishing rod and reel that was passed down to me by an uncle. Didn't want to take it on the plane so went into the Village UPS store. It was an odd size to box and ship, but once I explained the situation to the staff there, they teamed up to make it happen! Just received my package, and they did a fabulous job packing it up so it made it here safely. Appreciate all the staff there, working on a Saturday, to help me get this family heirloom home safely! “Been coming here to ship packages for a while now and have only had great experiences so far. All the staff are kind and take the time to help each customer out. It's located in a convenient location within a shopping plaza and parking is usually easy to find.
Bonus, sometimes their dog (a cute pug) is there and that always puts a smile on my face.”
“Raymond was so unbelievably helpful! He went above and beyond to try and help me when I was printing and shipping something. It took a lot longer than expected and he was patient and kind the whole time. He made extra effort when the scanning wouldn’t send and did what he could to make it happen. He did all of this on Christmas Eve!!!! I am very grateful for him and his efforts.
I will say a side note I was very disappointed in the worker Salem. As Raymond was helping me he made a comment on how he had “taken too much time here” and needed to move on to help guests when HE was fully capable doing it himself. I felt it was very uncomfortable being that I am a customer too and he made such a rude comment. It was like he wanted Raymond to do all the other work so he didn’t have to. Very unprofessional.

“Handy place to return your Amazon orders. There is an Amazon self-service kiosk where you bag and tag your own returns, but the staff can help as well. I guess they also have other services like mailboxes for rent, notary, shipping of course. Staff are friendly enough.”

“I drive out of my way to take my packages here. Packages always go out on time and they are very friendly. Other postal annex on Via De La Valle is extremely rude and I feel like it burdens them to drop my pre-paid package off. But here in SB they are always welcoming helpful and reliable! “Also known as The Trove, this mailing center sells shipping supplies and accepts packages for FedEx, UPS and USPS. Every time I've been in there, there is little to no line and the staff were courteous and helpful. With the villa La Jolla square usps office closed, this place is a lifesaver. This is on library walk, right across from Giesel's entrance, next to all the bike racks.”

I have stopped by here a few times since I wrote this review and they have gotten a lot better. There is a sign in the front that asks Amazon customers to have a QR code ready for returns. The employees have been nicer as well.

I have been to many UPS Stores; from busy West L.A. to small town Tehachapi to Downtown (ghetto) Bakersfield. This store has, by far, the rudest employees out of any of them. In fact, those other stores always had very friendly, helpful employees. The few times I have been here, there was usually some teenage/early 20s male (this is the demographic the few times I've been there) behind the desk on his phone and acts annoyed that he is being bothered by a customer. If you are doing an Amazon return and take more than 1 second for them to scan the QR code, you can expect a lot of annoyed body movements, eye rolling, and sighing. If I were a betting man, I would say this comes directly from the franchise owner/management. It can't be a coincidence that every person working at this store has the same disgusting attitude.
Doesn't matter to me either way. I am not paying them anything and they're still going to scan my amazon returns. And they will still give me a receipt, no matter how much eye rolling and huffing n' puffing they do.”

“This postal annex is the best, specially the employees Ali, GJ and Jade. They are very helpful in all of my home office needs. And I can pick up my packages as well without opening a mailbox and I just pay a fee. They are also pet friendly store , and I recommend everyone to go there and don't go anywhere else!!!”
