“Also known as The Trove, this mailing center sells shipping supplies and accepts packages for FedEx, UPS and USPS. Every time I've been in there, there is little to no line and the staff were courteous and helpful. With the villa La Jolla square usps office closed, this place is a lifesaver. This is on library walk, right across from Giesel's entrance, next to all the bike racks.”

“Customer service is great! Came by asked help with something that has nothing to do with what they sell, I need help in paying a DMV fee through the phone. I waited until the line ends since I’m asking a favor, just to be fair with the paying customer in the line that want to use there service. She’s been working alone and doing multi tasking behind the counter, and when we became available she was very helpful with me walking me through the steps, new technology is very hard for us elderly. I found out her nice gesture to one of our fellow elderly who’ve been there and needs help. Just be patient in waiting! She will help you out beyond her job description. Ask for her when you stop by!”
