“I went in looking shoes for the gym that are Velcro. When I went in it was busy because of Black Friday deals. As I was browsing Kennedy asked if I was doing okay and needed a size she can get it for me and showed me their Velcro shoes and what size I'd be if I were to do a kids shoe as well. She was able to kill it as she was helping families with kid shoes and get the size I needed for a certain shoe. As I was shoe fitting she was able to give me some attention and advice with shoe fitting. I left with the shoes I wanted and the team is amazing! Thank you Kennedy for the help!!”

“If you’re a parent looking for sneakers for wider leg feet for kids then come to this store. If you’re looking for athleisure wear or sweat pants or jogger pants in a variety of colors that are still classy then come here and make note that the cotton content is at least 60%. The sale prices are reasonable and customer service is consistent and nice for the times I’ve been there.”

“I had no idea there is a Columbia store in Carlsbad, we made it on the last day of the big sale and wow did we get great bargains.
It was very easy to find things but to try them on the fitting room line was so long I took my chances.
I also had no idea Tuesday is senior discount day so I will be going back. The staff were very helpful but, I was looking at something and a young guy with long fluffy hair cut me off and almost knocked me over. There was absolutely NO apology from him, I was shocked. When he came flying back out the dressing room I said, “you know you almost knocked me over when you went in a couple of minutes ago, he never stopped to talk to me and just said over his shoulder as he continued to rush away, “I’m sorry.” That is not good enough, he’s rude and doesn’t care about who he plows down that’s in his way.”
“This was the first time that I went into the Adidas outlet store and Caleb was so nice to help me as I am in a wheelchair, he got the shoes that I wanted and really took his time with me and I really appreciate that.”

“Very cute store! It's not very big but has nice displays and is set up well. I think there are 3 dressing rooms, an accessory area, and a small clearance section in the back. The girls today were all very sweet and helpful. In the past sometimes they would just be talking behind the counter or in groups but today they were all busy assisting and changing displays. Wish they had more sizes but I will go online and shop”

“This place has the best prices, everyone knows it, and it's always packed! On my visit we were looking for school shoes for the kids and I was looking for some new polo shirts. My kids found shoes they loved and the store had their sizes (big plus). I found a slew of polo shirts in their Men's apparel section. The selection was awesome, plenty of L and XL in stock. I did use their dressing room as I am between sizes... the attendants greeted me and let me know which room was opened. On the way out I was greeted again and asked if I needed anything else. Great store with awesome staff. The store is very well staffed; they had all their registers open, multiple staff were out on the floor re-folding items, re-stocking, and/or assisting shoppers. We were in and out in record time.”

“I had a great shopping experience at Tilly’s and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for stylish and laid-back clothing. They have such a fun and trendy selection from graphic tees to cute summer outfits and everyday essentials, everything felt super fresh and current. I especially loved how easy it was to find things I liked and how well-organized the store was. It wasn’t overwhelming to shop, and the overall vibe was really welcoming. One of the best parts was how easy it was to try things on. The fitting rooms were clean, spacious, and well-lit, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Being able to try clothes on made a huge difference in making sure I was happy with what I was buying. It definitely helped me find the right fit and feel confident in what I picked out.
That said, the only thing I was honestly frustrated with was the swimsuit policy. You’re not allowed to try on the bottoms, which didn’t really make sense to me. Swimsuits are one of the hardest things to shop for because sizing can vary so much, and not being able to try on the bottoms made it feel like a bit of a gamble. It was kind of annoying, because I didn’t want to spend money on something that might not fit right. I understand hygiene concerns, but maybe there could be some kind of liner or policy like other stores have so customers can at least try them on over underwear. It just felt like a downside in an otherwise really great shopping trip. Overall though, I love Tilly’s and I’ll definitely be going back. Their clothes are super cute and perfect for that casual, California-cool style. Just keep in mind the swimsuit situation before you buy.”

“Great Cole Haan store! We are big Cole Haan fans and own a ton of items from various collections, so we were super excited to check out the outlet. We had a wonderful experience. The young man who helped us was incredible and went above and beyond to try to find a size for me without me even asking! Everything is extremely reasonable, too! We will definitely be adding this to our regular shopping list when we are in town!”
“I'm surprised this store has some bad reviews. I've been shopping at this store for around 4 years (last week was my last visit) and never been put off by the sales associates (quite the opposite!). I really don't like pushy sales associates or people that try to dress me, especially when I'm shopping in a store where I want space to consider fabrics and prices as this is an expensive brand. I have found that they are absolutely ready and able to help me when I need it and never had a problem getting help. They're friendly and chatty, but they're not following you around constantly asking if you need something. I prefer to ask for help when I am ready. They do set up a room for me when I have a few items on my arm, proactively. I wanted to write this review in case the Vince company thinks this store is doing a bad job, as I really appreciate the people who have served me there (as evidenced by about a quarter of my wardrobe now being Vince). I'd never have become a Vince customer without this store.”

“Blues and Shoes has the cutest clothing ever! Literally EVERY time I wear an item from their store I get compliments. The down side is their return policy is only 1 week so you can't purchase items for someone else in advance of the event.”
“Mother in law bday she wanted some new leisure pants went to urban got one pair comfy jogger w cargo good deal, then struck out anthropology, live free, and lulu lemon. They decided to just go to casa Bandini for dinner and I said let’s try one more store. We headed into Loft and left spending $338 which got us a several complete outfits that she loves and my wife even got some black pleather stretchy pants which are super hot and a couple shirts. Leilani was the woman who helped us and she was 5 out of 5 for customer service and attitude. I’ve never been in there before but we’ll be going back for sure.”
